Love it! The store is breathtaking, seems like something out of a dream. Have 3 girls and ALL of them have had clothes, bibs etc.and its always been perfect.material is amazing. Great experience customer service was awesome employees are super helpful and we were treated amazing. No where i rather shop at to be honest for my 3 girls! #capridad

Took a while for order to be sent out and when it was, i never received it. Called them and was told once it leaves the facility, it wasnt their problem. I just lost $60 cause they wont take responsibility and USPS either. How is this the customer’s fault? Customer service should re-do order and mail it. I wouldnt buy from them again

Absolutely horrible customer service. The embroidery is crooked, the monogram letters look wrong. When I complained the lady in the store was SUPER rude offered us no other options. I reached on on Instagram same kind of treatment. Not at all worth it. Very frustrating experience.

Obsessed with everything Caprilina! I've ordered multiple gifts for friends and have loved everything. The attention to detail is perfection and the storefront is so dreamy! I would definitely recommend Caprilina to anyone looking for a nice baby gift.

I was very very excited about getting my first son’s newborn set at Caprilina. However, it was very disappointing to receive such bad customer service when I called to complain about the images being deceiving in terms of color selection (the blue borders of the set are in reality electric blue but in all photos of the product look dark blue and they clash with the dark blue embroidery I selected). This will be the most special day of my life and its very disappointing to have the manager be rude and deny their issues with the promotional images they are using for that set on the website. Im completely dissatisfied with the order, and instead of at the very least acknowledging it, they accuse me of being at fault and have no sensitivity when speaking, nor do they provide a small way of making the situation better. Attention to detail is KEY specially in personalizing businesses. I recommend for people to go to the store (which was not open when i ordered) because their images for some products and colors are deceiving and hope this business can improve their ways of dealing with dissatisfied clients given they are dealing with pregnant women trying to prepare for their most special day of their lives.

Piece of advice: if you purchase something at the store and take it with you, then you should be fine. Clothes are not bad. If you need to leave it for any special adjustment (i.e. Name embroidered) oh my, just stay away! Read the other 1 star comment. The exact same thing. Since you have already paid, you are in for a treat. They won’t reply over the phone. Asked the name to be in rose champagne and they did it in plain gold. When my wife asked they said it was the color she requested; it is not. Been asking to send it for over a month, they wouldn’t even reply. My parents called to confirm pick up, only Saturdays. Went on a Saturday and it was closed. Get it, they were opening another store that day, But they confirmed that week to go on that Saturday. They ended up sending it after both my wife and my mother insisted on getting it shipped (giving them enough time to rush to the store before the due date if they failed once again). Never provided a tracking number, my wife pregnant had very upset moments due to how they behaved. I would NEVER buy from this people again. Extremely poor customer service.

The Best! I had a set monogrammed for my son 2 years ago, but had not ordered one for baby #2, when I went into labor weeks early, I called just to see if I could purchase the set without monogram, but she was able to expedite and that afternoon, I was able to have someone pickup the outfit. Amazing customer service and great quality products!
