Selected delivery window two days in advance. Capsule was still unable to deliver my necessary medications. Waited all morning, no delivery, no justifiable excuse. Capsule was unwilling to do anything for me to make up for the inconvenience. All Capsule told me was I had to reschedule, and wait again. No accountability. Closing my account

Worst service ever! I had no idea what Capsule was until my doctor sent my prescription to them, telling me they were going to deliver the pills to my door. The first delivery was ok, they were late but at least I got my pills. The second time, I scheduled the delivery for a Tuesday, I got a text that day saying they were on their way and minutes later, another text saying I had to reschedule so I did it for Friday and again I got a text saying they were on their way and AGAIN another text canceling and telling me to reschedule. I’m trying to talk to someone on the app but I have no answers and I need those pills today! Don’t use this “pharmacy”.

I’ve been using Capsule since February. A doctor recommended it to me and now I have all my doctors send my medications there. Total game changer. Highly recommend! Can’t beat the convenience and customer service. Top notch!

I cannot recommend capsule enough! People think I work for them I sing their praises so often. They make an often painful process not only painless but pleasant! They help you, reaching out to doctors, automatically applying coupons and including the free delivery. The service is unparalleled. As someone who has to be on medication all the time they have truly changed my life

Horrible experience! Capsule received my prescription and reported my insurance would not cover the cost. They gave me the option to self-pay or have the prescription transferred to a local pharmacy. I chose to self-pay and I was told they could no longer deliver the prescription the same day. Then I chose transferring the prescription to a local pharmacy. Capsule took 24 hours to transfer the prescription and once I received a notification that the prescription had been transferred, I called the local pharmacy and they informed me they did not have a prescription for me. This went on for another 24 hours for a total of 48 hours for a medication I needed the same day. I am very disappointed in the services Capsule provided.
