They always keep on top of when your medications need refills and notify you of when you need to call your doctor for any changes you want to make, such as a bad reaction to a new med.and letting everyone know if you are discontinuing a med, etc

Capsule has been a real lifesaver, literally! They are prompt when delivering my meds in the time period I set. That's very helpful when I have appointments that I have to fit in! Everyone at Capsule has been so helpful and informative if I have a question; the delivery person is always so polite! This was the best move I made.

I have come to appreciate Capsule Pharmacy so much. They really care about making sure my prescriptions are filled quickly and will set up a delivery if I need it that is always on time. My Pharmacy is in Jacksonville Florida. The Pharmaceutical team is professional but also so kind. I feel like they are friends and I can ask them anything and they will answer me without hesitation. We all like to feel cared about especially when it comes to our health. Todays world is hard sometimes in the Healthcare industry. So many of my friends say we all feel like we are just a number and have to wait so long just to get appts or at our hospital ERs. So Capsule is such a bright light in Todays world. You reach out to them and they get right back to you. They will continue letting you know when your prescriptions will be ready. You know you are important to them. I love Capsule Pharmacy!

Every time I have needed a rx filled, the staff has always provided in a timely manner. On the occasions when I picked up my rx, (right across the street) they have always been pleasant and helpful. They even sent a snack for my dog.
They provide a necessary service, and I appreciate it.

DON’T WORK FOR CAPSULES they are a horrible company to work for! First the hours were shortened took away miles, incentives and changed the pay with one day notice, then changed pay for a second time within two months, then said we were only allowed to work one window a day, I went from making 28 wk to 15 hrs a week.
When you try to get answers from management they NEVER can give you a straight answer they talk around your questions. If you value your mental health and stability you’re better off staying away from this horrible company

This pharmacy is the best I've ever had in my 86 years. Customer service is extraordinary and their delivery system is exactly when they say it will be. I'm very pleased and happy to pass on the good review for Capsule.

I just started using Capsule two years ago. I love the customer service and using the app is very easy. They try to help as much as they can to fill your scripts unless doctor siggest something else. Communication is great also.

I absolutely LOVE Capsule. They are always on top of things and the turn-a-round time for prescriptions cannot be beat!

I love capsule. I do. When it works, it’s great. Convenient, friendly, quick service. But if you are having an issue or if you just have a question, good luck reaching them! They never answer the phone anymore. At the beginning they were always available, quickly too. They aren’t there by chat or text either. It’s so frustrating when you really need them about a problem or concern. Now I just drive over to them and talk in person. It’s really the only way. They also have recently changed their delivery window hours. It used to be 2 hour increments going into the evening. Now they have just two long windows with the last one ending at 5: 00. It’s not going to work out for me, sadly.

This might be long, so if you want the summary of my review, this is the pharmacy you should choose. I'm 50 yeas old and I have never experienced such caring, empathetic, and helpful customer care. I've never experienced a COMPANY like this; let alone a pharmacy. EVERY single person I encountered went ABOVE AND BEYOND.

Not only did this pharmacy do the work to make sure to obtain the prescription (the hospital sent it electronically to the wrong pharmacy), I never felt like I was bothering them. Quite the opposite; I received caring and kind messages. I have paralyzing anxiety and depression. Making phone calls is very difficult for some reason and causes my anxiety to skyrocket. I was able to manage the entire process via text and then I put their app on my phone and they messaged me that way.

The script was for my daughter who had been released from the hospital a week ago (and I wanted her to continue to the meds to stabilize) and I was having difficulty getting the script sent to a proper pharmacy, since reaching a doctor at a hospital isn't easy. Capsule Pharmacy actually called the hospital for me! All I had to do was send a picture of our insurance info to Capsule.

I don't have a vehicle, but Capsule offers free delivery, but understandably they need to be able to fill the script by a certain time to deliver the same day. By the time the doctor sent them the script it was past the time for same-day delivery. They still offered to deliver it to us the same day! At no charge. As a matter of fact, the gentleman who delivered it declined a tip (though I feel that doesn't mean you shouldn't try to tip your driver).

My daughter had her prescription approximately 2.5 hours after the doctor sent them the script. It was packaged so nicely. I also included a handwritten welcome note, with a genuinely personal message. Pretty stickers were included which my daughter used to decorate her laptop and bedroom wall.

From start to finish, it felt like I had my best friend (who passed away last year) or my mother (who lives 6 hours away) helping me get the situation resolved. I cannot emphasize enough that this pharmacy truly cares. I wish I could more eloquently describe how amazing my experience was and my son and myself have doctor appts coming up. All prescriptions any member of my family receives will always be sent to Capsule Pharmacy. I am SO grateful to have found them. I promise you will never go to a "big name" pharmacy again. Capsule Pharmacy is perfect at what they do and the employees are truly patient and empathetic. You will not regret choosing them.

Today was my first time calling for my husbands medications and Erica was so amazing, helpful and knowledgable she had all the answers and made me feel so good and understood. Capsule’s customer service is amazing and Erica needs a raise, a paid vacation and a bonus.

After many years of going to this pharmacy which used to be Owens Pharmacy they suddenly do not fill certain prescriptions and did not notify their customers that their policy changed. Owens was a pharmacy that cared about their customers and capsule does not.
