Obsessed with them! Honestly don’t know why people are pissed about a time window like yes they can’t magically give you a time. Nothing does that! I love that they remember what I’ve taken so I don’t have too! They even notify you when meds you’ve been prescribed interfere with other meds you are on like your birth control

I can't begin to say how very much l appreciate Capsule. Everyone is nice efficient and quick to respond when needed. Thank you all, and l am staying with the "best of the best"

Never can find my house and do not deliver at the time they say they will. Avoid this pharmacy.

Used for over 2 years before quitting Used to recommend Capsule now warn to stay away Free delivery requires 3 hour delivery window and automatically adds $5 tip while poorly compensating the drivers. Labels that fade into plain white and company does not care. Refusing to contact the doctor for refill, untrained CS reps confused about 30 VS 90 day refill. Frequently unable to get regular medication

Capsule-Tampa is amazing! I had TWO different medical emergencies today. With a 3-day weekend looming, I called Capsule and the most pleasant young man - Pharmacist ERIC - one of Capsule’s “Magic Makers, ” resolved both, shortly before today’s delivery deadline.
This evening, another very pleasant young man - Courier OMAR - not only delivered one of my emergencies, but showed me how to place a review - and tomorrow my second medical issue will be resolved!
Awhile ago, well before Courier OMAR showed me tonight how to write a review, Pharmacist LAUREN worked very hard to unravel a pharmaceutical pill-size problem. And every single Capsule Customer Service Representative I’ve dealt with, both in NYC & Tampa has been awesome to work with!

Been a customer for over a year and I love capsule! The delivery option is lifesaver! I recently overlooked that I hadn’t requested a refill and they went out of their way to help me. I messaged them in a panic because I was out of meds and they kept me updated as they attempted to get a refill from my doctor. Thank you capsule for always giving great service. It’s a different kind of pharmacy experience and I love it!

Their driver left my rx at someone elses house with a similar address. To get someone on the phone was tedious and I am still waiting for my rx. They have not provided a solution. Just imagine if this was a medication I needed to survive. Shame on you capsule.

Great Pharmacy.can't beat the prices, and the customer service is on point.always someone there to text u back.but ijust found out they are closed on weekends now.which is a bummer but next time I guess I'll adjust accordingly. I wasn't notified of this.but other than that I think yall are great.

Unfortunately capsule is just another pharmacy that just cares about the almighty dollar and not the patient. They left and numerous fractured vertebrae ĵ i think its about time to start treating the patient instead of wearing about lining the pocket do the ethical thing for once thanks for hearing me out and heats to to hoping it lèads to something thanks for hearing me out Mark Waddellme without my meds numerous times which I desperately need I have rods in my neck, numerous herniated discnumerous herniated disc not to mention all the fractured vertebrae ĵ
