Wetsuited up. No fins, just a noodle. Fins kick up the sediment. However, was harder to swim. Went out into the river basin around islands roped off for the manatees. Was expecting more of the clear blue water as seen in pics. Found that an excursion goes to the Three Sisters Springs which had the clearer water. Had I known I would have picked 3 Sisters for the clearer water, but still enjoyed Mike's. Staff was very friendly.
