Incredible knowledge of fishing in the Keyes. Professional and friendly. Best Tarpon guide I’ve ever fished with. Highly recommended.

Captain Buddy is awesome. My wife and I booked a trip with him April 2023 and will certainly use him again in the future. He tailored our trip to exactly what we were looking to do - Catch a few delicious fish to eat while on vacation, then switch it up try our hand at fishing for the "trophy" fish the keys have to offer. I am an experienced fisherman, however my wife is not, and Captain Buddy was as hands on/off as he needed to be for each of us to enjoy our time to the fullest. He set me up to do some serious fishing, and was patient and extremely helpful in assisting my wife in learning the ropes and catching fish. We both had a great time under his guidance. A true pro, I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Buddy has years of experience and knows his tarpon. We've been out twice with him and he's put us on several fish each time and even some bonus predators. We're already planning our next trip.

First and foremost, Captain Buddy is a wonderful human being. He’s a pleasure to spend a day with. And he happens to be a heck of a fisherman, which helps given his occupation

We started our full day excursion going after red snapper, which produced a decent little haul. It was a little slow, but we had fun.

The second half of the trip is where the magic happened. Buddy put us on a spot by the bridge that was TEEMING with tarpon. We could see schools of absolute donkeys swimming between the shadows. Buddy got us rigged up and we ended up hooking 5 tarpon! We landed 2 of them, which was no easy task. And we never would have landed them if it wasn’t for Captain Buddy’s epic boat driving skills.

The next time I’m in the Keys, you better believe I’m fishing with Buddy! 15/10 highly recommend.

Captain Buddy was recommended to me by a long time Keys resident and fisherman. I wanted to set up a trip for a customer of mine visiting the Keys. Captain Buddy was awesome in everyway. Responded to my request on his website, worked out a date, the rate was very fair imo. I did a poor job of getting some info to him in a timely manner, but he was super patient and was zero problems. He called me in advance to discuss some potential poor weather and best course of action. God was good to us with the weather and Captain Buddy was fantastic on the fish. My group had a blast and could not say enough good things about Captain Buddy. I will absolutely use him again. 5star all the way
