James is really amazing. We have been renovating our house and he has been extremely helpful to us. He’s a very honest person and always shows up when he says he will. Highly recommend Captain Comfort. I’ve been using them for the last couple years for routine maintenance and this week they installed our brand new system and duct work. James is a super cool dude, very easy going, and always does a great job in explaining things. He and his right-hand man Quentin did an amazing job on our new system install, they are both very thorough in their work. These guys will always be our go-to for our HVAC needs.

I originally called Jimmy because my vent was leaking water and there was a pool of water sitting in the duct. He came by quickly to get the water out and clean the line so I could at least have AC while waiting to replace our inside and outside units. Our inside unit was in horrible shape because it was 20+ years old so I knew it was time to replace it. He sent over multiple choices on units and gave his professional opinion on which would be best for us and the specs on each one. The entire team was amazing today as they worked to replace the system, fix the duct work, add a new vent and thermostat. Jimmy explained the new system to me after and how it works and WHY it’s better for our needs than my old one and some of the other models. Thank you to Captain Comfort and the whole team

We called late on a Friday afternoon and receive an evaluation of our system at 8am the next day. Our system was 15yrs old we knew it was time to replace, Captain Comfort gave us a selection of system choices so we could choose the one that suited our comfort needs.
