They need help my the man was amazing he kept his cool even tho he had an unruly customer and even managed toale the same customer very happy

The portions of food have shrunk about half of what it used to be, they are more like a child plate now. Not worth it anymore.

Been awhile and I usually get Big fish sandwiche country style. This one I didn't care for. Had two stripes of fish didn't care for. I expected a whole fish filay.

Manager is not prepared for shifts, schedules one kitchen worker to work peak hours, a failing business, don’t know how long this restaurant can stay in business, they have one worker working drive through and front counter at the same time. Customers are very stupid to wait in line for 30 min for below average food. I would avoid this place and get you a fishing pole and catch your own food, it’ll still be faster then this place.

Took 30 mins for us to get our food because they forgot. Like for real, you forgot. I won’t be going back there for a while if ever.

The manager Vinny is FANTASTIC! HE fixed a problem I had with the fairfield location about my uncooked food. He was very professional and informative the Davis location will definitely get my business from now on. Thanks again Vinny

Food and service was good but prices have skyrocketed. I would have stayed home and made some steaks as it would been cheaper.

I had the tilapia fish and my grandson had the shrimp. Both meals were fresh and tasted great. The tilapia usually has more seasoning, it lacked salt but this is the first time this happened. Usually the meal are always very appetizing.
The girl that took my order was very friendly and so was the lady Cook.

Been eating Captain D's since I was a child. Still just as good as it ever was and the staff at this location is terrific.

There was hair in my friends food absolutely disgusting the fish was mushy and undercooked!

Only one person at counter and 1 cook. Had a little duration than normal wait on food. Mac&cheese was a little mushy and i know they can do better. Green bean are always good. Shrimp should have been better hot temperature when brought out. The staff were friendly and doing their best. I do recommend. Davis hwy is the best captain D restaurant.

The food at captain d's is great. Although I feel a bit overpriced for what it is. This particular D's is great about hot and fresh. The food is consistent. The service is fast and friendly. I don't like the entry point.it's a weird split and feels a bit claustrophobic and crowded at the entrance.maybe I'll just use drive through.

I go to this Captain’Ds at least once a month. Store 365040, order #0038 charged 13: 43 4/29/23. Usually in and out in 15 minutes or less. Today was a bad day. 3-4 people walked out same for drive thru. Seems like the cook couldn’t get the orders straight and timely. Orders above #40 were being sent out while my order had yet to start. I’ll be back hopefully things will be normal.

They make everything FRESH! So to get your food, you will have to wait sometimes a Longggggg time. But their customer service has always been friendly.

The food was great. Fresh cooked shrimp, very hot, great hush puppies. And oh. I can't forget the funnel cake fries, OMG! So good.

It's Captain D's. Batter fried fish and fries. My kid had it for the first time and scarfed it down. Quick, nice, and we had drive through, so atmosphere was BYO.
