When it comes to this particular establishment and restaurant very well organized by the management and the team is the same way always the food is hot and fresh you had nothing ever bad there and the price always good always friendly faces in this particular restaurant definitely recommend this particular Captain D's you cannot go wrong

It's fast food at its finest. The food was fresh but very bland in taste. The service was mediocre, and the outside atmosphere was dingy

Not a fan of fried food.but you get what you pay for.update.white fish on point.skip the $1.99/shrimp special.

30 min to get my food that was just sitting in the window for so long it was cold. And the girl at the register acted like I did something wrong when I asked about it.

Can't rate the food. The lines were long. There were only two employees. I walked out.

Ariel was one of the nicest workers I have ever come across, she was kind and opened the window with a hey sweety! Ariel was so nice, and she made me smile! She deserves a raise!

Poor customer service. Manager sitting down behind the counter. Cook was very inappropriate & rude. Other cook or dish washer sitting in the lobby coughing mouth uncovered. It's only 8 pm & they only have 2pc of white fish left which is very understandable but her attitude was not. Never ever again! Maybe the morning staff is better.

No chicken, no vinegar. Fish was not cooked properly, had an unusual color. Tried the fried oysters, they were overcooked. This place should shut down or hire new management.

I placed an order and upon doing so I asked the cashier could I have 2 water cups the small one's. She said okay. When I received my food she didn't give me any cups So I asked, she gave me one, I asked her for the other she said "no", I told her that if she wanted me to pay for it I will, she handed me the same child's cup and replied $2.69 I think it was. I said to her if I'm gonna pay that price I may as well get a drink, she said ok what do you want? Never mind and I walk out. Thinking how the customer before me had to cups of water, and had I asked for 2 cups of water she would have given them to me, I returned my food and took my business somewhere else. Just felt like she lost site of service, and if that 2 cent cup meant that, they could have it all.

Haven't been here in a while.fish was still delicious as well as the green beans. Nothing special about the chicken fingers. Service started out a little slow due to short staff; however, the cashier was very friendly and courteous.

I'll be back for sure.

Lousy service. Ordered carry-out, but no one at the front counter when we arrived to pick it up. Had to open the door into the kitchen and holler to rouse someone. Our online order had been received, but not filled, though it was past the pick-up time. The manager never apologized for the late service, or the fact that no one was at the counter. Did not even thank us for ordering. Just handed us the bag.

Th young lady who took our order is very detailed oriented. I'm not a fan, just a somewhat better choice while traveling.

Our cashier was very friendly. It didn't take long to get our food to us. Very pleasant experience.

Captain D's food is always the same as always it's been here for so long in Marianna and they continue to do a great job

You get a lot of food for your money, which is pleasantly surprising given how expensive seafood often is. Food is great, too.
