Captain's Pizza North Beach, Clearwater FL

I'm staying on Mandalay Ave in Clearwater Florida & placed an order on line. The website states they close at 12am. The order was placed, my card was charged & I received confirmation at 11: 15 pm. At 11: 45pm, yes. 30 minutes later, I received a text message saying they canceled my order.prior to placing the order online I called several times only to receive a message stating their voice mail was full. I tried again to call after receiving the cancelation notice, still no answer.if delivery was an issue, they could have called. We're staying close enough to walk and pick it up however to cancel 30 minutes after receiving confirmation is absolutely unacceptable! We stay in the area at least once a year, sometimes twice or even three times a year. I've ordered from them in the past with no issues however I'm very disappointed and will not be doing business with them again in the future.

Delicious pizza, fast service. I recommend for anyone wanting some good pizza by the beach!

Yeah, it's cheap. No, it's not worth it. The pizza was nothing special. The place doesn't look very clean either. There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom, and one of the two bathrooms was out of order. The person who took our order was not very friendly or attentive in any way. On a positive note, the soap in the bathroom smelled nice, though!

Our pizza was delicious, but we didn't get the mushrooms we ordered and paid for and the garlic bread wasn't the best.

Was the only place around open late at night for a bite but was pleasantly surprised by the pizza!

$7.95 two slides cheese pizzas with a drink- simple and very delicious thin and crunchy pizza!

My family and I very much enjoyed how friendly the gentleman. He was very gracious and we would recommend this pizza place to anyone.

Simple yet delicious! Came by after a night out. I was the DD so I surprised that the pizza was hot, fresh and the slices were NY sized.
