Hi I went to car bazaar and looked at a used VW Jetta for my son to drive to college. It drove well but I noticed the touch screen did not function correctly. Victor who works there informed me he would order another one to replace it. We came back and the touch screen worked as it should. We decided to purchase the car. It was very nice. Before we purchased Victor ran it through an 120 point inspection at Firestone. It checked out well. One week later we had an oil leak from the oil pan. I told Victor and he said to bring it back to inspect it. He inspected it and told me exactly what was wrong with it. I went to Pete Moore picked up the parts and he installed it in 30 minutes. A month later we do not have any leaks. He also gave me a 2 brand new tires, spare and jack kit. I want to say thanks to Victor for his passion for his job and helping us out.

Im a senior, a friend drove me over from Al, since I don't have car at this time.it was great not to be pressured by car lots sales men, I have a knee issue, so I have been looking for a few weeks, for just the right car, I really appreciate the attitude from both of them, I didn't buy that day, but said I would be back, again, to check on others cars,
I would recommend them, just for their non pressure, attitudes, It meant alot considering the long drive!

I bought car on July 20. STILL no tag. They r rude and don't care once they have your money. I love my car but customer service is non existence. Blame always on someone else. My temp tag is now expired. Roy is very rude and they continue to say it's dmv fault. Do not purchase car if u r expecting any customer service.

What a great car buying experience we had today! We dreaded buying a vehicle only because of previous bad experiences with dealerships and the whole buying process. This dealership, specifically, Roy Bowden, has changed that for us entirely! From the moment we walked onto the lot and interacted with Roy, we felt at ease and comfortable. We left there with a great vehicle at a fantastic price! And we will never forget Roy and his kindness and hospitality in this whole process! We will definitely be doing business with this dealership again.as long as Roy is still here!

Was lookin to cash out on a 2014 Mercedes E350 from there this week, and they had it at KBB value price and taxes 14 out the door I asked for cash price…. He said he could take a little off and they said dealer fee which for $600 lol the car in excellent condition is worth 12.7-13.5…. My diesel mechanic went there who is Mercedes & Peterbilt certified and GM said the A/C Compressor was bad and the engine was leaking oil because of bad timing seal and brake system was burnt based of the orange markings. Bad tires, new key …. So you looking at 5k minimum in work. The car is worth no more than $8,000 on a good day. Do your homework before buying a car from there! Good luck

WARNING! Do not buy from these people. If I could leave no stars, I would. The truck they sold us was a 2016 Chevy Colorado, less than 25k miles, looked great, ran great, here a year later, the whole under carriage is rusted into. They knew it was rusted. We recently discovered they had even painted it and covered it up. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. This could have been bad had it rusted into while doing 65 on the highway. This would have cause some serious issues. Can't believe they are so low to allow someone to drive off the lot in it. It's bad.

They were very friendly, smiling and attentive as soon as we arrived. The process of buying my car was quick and efficient. Victor and Roy were very helpful, they answered all my concerns and we were able to get a good deal. 100% recommended.

Good selection the cars I saw were in good to great condition the salesperson was not.pushy and I believe prices are lower than the dealers in car city

Very friendly staff, amazing customer service, some of the best prices in the panhandle area! Roy and his team were absolutely amazing and helped me during a very terrible situation! Also if you are military, it is a very military friendly dealership! Highlight recommend. Over 80 cars to choose from!

I never post one star reviews but this one is necessary. I test drove a car from this place that clearly had a transmission problem. Roy was adamant that the transmission was just replaced but failed to provide any paperwork to prove it. His mechanic was also condescending and acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Buyers beware, or just save yourself the hassle and go through a reputable dealership.

The General Manager, Roy Bowden, is very personable. Was more than generous with my trade in. A few clerical issues were handled promptly by both Roy and by Kate, the account manager. The entire process was relatively seamless.

My son's car caught fire and burned up on his way to his mother's for Thanksgiving. We needed a reliable car reasonably priced in a hurry. Car Bazaar had exactly what we needed! A low mileage Prius! Staff was uber friendly and helpful. No high pressure and cars priced reasonably. I am former Navy and a disabled Vet and I highly recommend them.
