Initially thought I had a good experience because I was able to get into a car however the car itself the tire had a nail in it which they did not remedy. I had to come out of pocket for and now I go to trade in my car and surprise surprise the car is worth more than half less than what I owe on it because there was an accident involving the vehicle that was never disclosed to me before they sold it to me. BUYERS BEWARE!

Edit: I purchased my car 3 YEARS AGO under my MAIDEN name Casiano but I do see that the default response for this company is to deflect from the situation and to get extremely defensive instead of addressing the consistency between all these negative reviews. Also, make note I was not made aware they had a website or directed to any sort of information. I simply stopped by after noticing the dealership and wanting to inquire. The whole process was extremely rushed and while it is their way to “help” clients get approved another shady thing they do is take a down payment of a lower amount and they ask you to lie to bank and tell them that you gave them more. It sucks because I recommended this place to my mom who had to bring her car back after getting it to fix an issue as well. However, she was lucky enough to have her car hit and totaled out by her insurance. So she wouldn’t be stuck with it.

You have a hispanic woman with tremendus bad actitud treating customer that ask questions really bad! You should see who you hire first she dosent even answer correctly. I never treat her bad or anything I was just asking for a vehicle with less miles and she had the audacity to tell me that with 2000 down I should go to a diferent place that I was asking for too much. That is no way to treat a posible customer. She showed no willingness to help or to sell I will never hiee someone like her to run a business.

Bad experience they took me from boba. Tricksters that they are, I bought a 2006 Sonata for 3,563.00 I had to run it only where the girl said and I told her that I heard something sounding in the car and they said that it was nothing. When I took it home and checked, it was the shock absorbers that were bad. On top of that. To get the title to the car, it took many calls and fights. They send it to me after more than 1 month and when it came to me the title indicates that the sonata had been crashed. When I asked them, filling out the documents at the dealer, if it had been hit and they assured me NO. Why do they do that? That is not done, money does not fall from the sky, one has to sweat it, as for cheating people to come as well as car sale.
