First and foremost, Batista got me approved for a car from the comfort of my home! When I got to the office they had all the paperwork ready for the exact car I wanted. The car was as described on the site and I took my car home in NO TIME! Very satisfied with this dealership, ready to bring my friends!

Updating my review from a 4star to a 1star! I recently bought a 2018 Altima from Batista (3weeks ago) and during the test drive I told him that I felt grinding on the breaks/rotors. He was very friendly, promised me they would send the vehicle to the shop to check everything over and so I left the vehicle overnight giving them time to make sure all was good. The next day at pickup, Batista assured me that the breaks/rotors were Brand New, and they also detailed the vehicle for me. All Lies!
I was willing to overlook the fact that they did not clean the vehicle, (nor did they give me the new floor mats they promised) but today I found out from my mechanic that it needs all new breaks & rotors! Costing me an additional $800 out of pocket! Be WARNED, It is apparent that they sell these vehicles straight off the auction lot. SMDH
