Good selection of hovered end cars with reasonable prices. No haggling and they are very transparent. No bait and switch, if they are advertising a car…. They have the car on their lot. They tell you their asking price up front unlike a most of the other non dealerships in So East Florida.

Do not ever buy from this company! I bought a Mercedes SL550 Nov 22 and have driven it only 44 miles since back and fourth to the dealership only. I paid for the car with a bank check in full and before it was delivered Alex or his employees charged the wrong battery causing $30k in electrical damages and over 159 fault codes according to Mercedes-Benz. This vehicle was delivered it to me with no gas and all the dash lights were on.this was not the vehicle I saw twice before. I was told repeatedly by Alex the owner "sorry it’s my problem". Alex refused to honor the free 1 year warranty or even his own 30 day warranty nor assist in anyway even after a lawyers demand letter was sent. Since then I have invested an additional $6800 not including labor trying to fix it but it has been a driveway Boat Anchor ever since. If I could give Alex and his crooked business ethics a (-5 Star) that would still be to nice. If he only cared about more than the money.hoping there is still a chance almost a year later.

I recently purchased a Tesla Model S from Car Superstore, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Alex was incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions and making the process as smooth as possible.

Terrible experience and a waste of time. Was told by Alex that the grey 2019 Tesla is in pristine condition. We drove from Sarasota to Miami to look at it and the car had visible deep scratches, dents and major curb rash. Asked the owner, Alex, about it and in a very rude way he said that it is what it is. Wasted our time. Good thing we didn't gave him the $500 deposit through Zelle when he asked for it. NOT TRUSTWORTY DEALERSHIP.

I'm not going to get into the details but not the best experience. FYI the dark colored 2014 ford fusion with 22,000 thousand miles on it has a bad engine which ford said would cost $12,000 to replace. And I just got a notice they increased the price on it by 100.00 so beware of that car!
