I had a great experience at this business. The staff is very courteous and friendly. I met Mike, the owner and he went above an beyond to make sure I bring back my business. I definitely recommend this family owned shop.

I spent $30 to have my car clean inside and out they finished the job within ten minutes and the car still had dirt on the outside and ashes in the inside will never go there ever again. WASTE IF MONEY

Very professional and know what they doing! I had to get my car ready to return for my lease and they left it like new. Definitely recommend this place for any services you need in your car. Plus they have products inside for sale that only this car wash have for sale. Thank you so much to all of you!

Somewhat friendly service, came 30 min prior to closing. I'm sure the guys were ready to close up shop. Free Vacuums not very strong.

I came to get a regular carwash and got a complementary buffing of my doorhandles which I really needed and appreciated! It makes my car look brand new again!

My car was cleaned & they offer a nice indoor seating area while you wait. My only drawback; for the price that I paid I found too many places inside & outside of my car that I had to clean myself.

The wait was a little longer than I expected but my car was was excellent they vacuumed, cleaned the windows, shined the tires very good for wash and tunnel wax for 24.95 this will me my monthly wash. Loved it

I have so many bad things to say about this place I can start by the owner has no customer service and no respect for us as customers we are who make your business, I've purchased a unlimited package for $65 a month which includes Monday through Friday one wash a day I was never told in the beginning that I couldn't come after six if I was told or put in writing in the contract I signed and got a copy of it I will clearly know, and then I came on Saturday and Sundays my car was able to get clean they just said I couldn't come after six on Saturdays and after five on Sundays, when I return on Monday the owner got really nasty and said I told you you couldn't come after six and I said yes you told me on the weekends you never mention on the weekdays, Then he starts yelling saying about how he has a $600,000 business and for me not to come back and I don't have to be there after I pay my money for a monthly service and I was only one week into the contract, And then he said how I'm taking advantage of the program, if they offer a unlimited package and I paid my money for me coming to get my car wash is not taking advantage, Perfect I don't have to come back but I want my money back for the time that I will not be returning they had no way to refund my money, they have no knowledge of how to run a business and how to treat customers, I was clear with him and I let him know I will make sure I post bad reviews and hopefully no one returns to his business.

For all you people out there please look into the reviews most of them are bad and the ones that are five stars most of the people don't even live in South Florida this whole business is a scam and I will get to the bottom of this please be careful don't waste your money here go somewhere else.

This was my first time to trying out this car wash and trust me I will never come back here again

Mike & Rosie were great people and gave us a pretty great price for the interior detailing we did.and yes - we do have 2 dogs! Thanks guys and will definitely come back!

What a wonderful experience! Not only did they do a great job cleaning my car, but they had food, coffee, a nice seating area, jewelry and pocketbooks for sale and immaculate bathrooms! Great marketing and service!

I recently had my car washed there. I thought It was going to be like a regular car wash. But the when beyond my expectations and I didn't think my can look tat good again. It's better then I have ever got it done before. I am very very happy with the results and their price is great. This is my new spot now and I am definitely going to spread the word. #best bang for your buck

Great service I have a monthly plan and I go almost every day and I really like the service they clean my car really good inside and out and it's very important for me to keep my car clean because I do uber Lyft

I recently had my car washed this past Sunday and I enjoyed the experience that the crew and Mike showed me.

I love this place! Mike always takes care of his clients and I have never been disappointed. Bonus that they have a snack/coffee bar, wi-fi, and cable TV while you wait. If you're in the neighborhood and need an A+ detail and clay bar treatment, give them a try!:) Thanks for always making my car look new!

Worst service
Car was scratched on the inner door, whwn I brought it up guy said "thats not my problem"
Couldnt eben dirrct me who to talk to.
Went to cafe no one there to help, old waiting room furniture (like it was brought in from someone living room)
Would not recommend.

Don’t go here the owner is very disrespectful he sounds Italian to he has no respect for people an a bad attitude very disrespectful guy he has no customer service an that’s the key to success that’s why this car wash is never packed no customer service just plain an boring

I’ve been coming here about a year now. The owner is a super nice guy. My very first time here a year ago I ran over some roadkill and the owner personally went out of his way to get my car fresh and clean again.

Have been using Car Wash Cafe for many years and have never been disappointed. The owner is always very helpful, and the employees are always very polite and do a fantastic job on all my cars. Highly recommend.

I had the best car wash experience ever, everyone was very kind to me and my family, our car came out spotless, I absolutely love this place I will definitely come back agian!

The owners and management are extremely rude. I went to my vehicle to make sure that certain areas were being cleaned next thing I know I'm being screamed at by someone for being in that area when it's not clearly marked, The car washes half-assed half the devices don't even work what does work doesn't even cover the car.
