The customer services is OUTSTANDING! Greeted each time I arrive with a pre-moistened dash wipe and an air freshner.
The staff is always so friendly and helpful.
While vacuuming my car I was gifted with a free tire shine by the General Manager. When I offered him a tip he said " No thank you, just have a good day"!

The actual wash itself is much better under new owners as well.
Lots of soap, smells good while going through the wash and the car is consistently clean with no missed areas of the car.

Carwash palace is by far the most clean and respectful car washing place ive been to their employess are super helpful and always making sure their customers leave happy and satisfied and if for some reason you are unhappy about something they make sure they try and correct it before you leave! Daniel the manager is very nice and always makes sure i leave the carwash satisfied and gabriel as well looks out for his guest! Appreciate you guys

Car wash was great with many options to choose from. In & out service with a cleaning of your mats. Brandon showed my fiancé and I great customer service. Will definitely come back

Affordable price on the basic plan, not bad.
For 10 bucks you get shampoo and wax. Then free vacuum (works great), many towels as you need, and glass cleaner.

Gabriel has always been an excellent customer service representative while visiting the car wash. Shows tremendous respect towards the customer and is always on the look out to see if anyone needs help, including myself. I have a membership here withv3 vehicles and I’ve been coming here since I moved to central Florida. Car wash is alalways clean and friendly. I recommend it to my friends and family. Gabriel did an amazing job! He was so helpful and helped with my carpets. I thought he was putting them through the machine to clean them, but instead deep cleaned them and shampooed them as well. Amazing experience!
