Convenient, nice cards and gifts, the post office inside makes things easier when you live on this end of town. The selection in the shop changes so you get a good variety (year-round) of nice gifts and unique cards. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Very rude at the postal counter. Couldn’t care if they had your business.
Margo is the best employee there. The only negative thing - I don't think the "tip jars" at the post office section and the front checkout are appropriate.
No matter how busy it gets there the staff is always friendly. Good customer service. They move at a pretty good rate and they definitely know what they are doing. Very helpful with certain situations.
