Care Dental, Wellington FL

Just wanted to share our experience with Dr Eisenband and his staff. Day before Christmas Eve, my boyfriend has some bad teeth and they got infected. Saw us ASAP and we were in and out of the office in 90 minutes. Dr Eisenband took care of my him with such respect and care. Boyfriend is afraid of the dentist because of his teeth and only been shamed for them. Dr Eisenband SAW him and took care of him with kindness and care. Made sure my boyfriend was comfortable and told him what was happening step by step. Thank you soo sooo soo much. Boyfriend now has a dentist he wants to go to and start moving forward with his care. I cant thank you all enough.

This place is a great! Service is perfect the staff is incredibly friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to see a dentist. Thank you for the fast help with my root canal. Good bless.

I had a dental emergency and found Care Dental in Wellington from other reviews. They took me in immediately and were as kind as you could ever imagine. Not only did they fix and repair my veneer, they did it within 20 minutes. I had a spectacular experience with Care Dental and because of it, I’m using them as my primary dentist now! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Made the gross error of NOT going to these guys for my needs. $600 later I went back to Care Dental. I felt cared for. My situation mattered to them. We discussed options for the future and the price was reasonable. Price is great, but treating your patients right is THE WAY TO DO IT. Thank you Dr. Quintero and staff for making me feel like I MATTER and that you care about my experience in your care. IT WAS OUTSTANDING!

I have had a fantastic experience with Dr. Quintero and all the wonderful staff at Care Dental Wellington. Going in, I was in quite terrible pain and petrified about having my first root canal - also as someone with many years of dental anxiety and poor experiences with prior dentists. Instead, I really was treated with genuine empathy and care as they eased my fears and then quickly went to work to solve my dental emergency, completely painlessly, professionally, and without any hitch whatsoever. They took care of my urgent root canal procedure with more comfort, compassion and speed than even any simple exam or cavity filling that I'd had in recent memory. Their costs and aftercare have also been very reasonable and attentive. Highly recommend Care Dental in Wellington!

Top quality dental care. I have been coming to this office for 10 years. My dentist, Dr Quintero is top notch. He is a dental “artist” and does excellent work. He is kind, caring and patient as is the rest of the dental staff, who are professionals in their own right as well. My hygienist, Eve, does great work and the office staff is great and really helpful. The office and dental suites are immaculate. I’d highly recommend this dental group

I was developing tooth pain over the week and made an appointment with my regular dentist for the following week. I was supposed to see my regular dentist on Tuesday but by Sunday, the pain in my tooth had become so severe that I could not take it anymore. I had called Care Dental early on Sunday morning but it went to voicemail. I was pretty stressed from the pain and I didn't leave a voicemail. But a couple hours later, Elizabeth from the Wellington office called me just based on seeing my number on their phone service. About 30 minutes later, I was in the chair and Dr. Juan Quintero extracted the tooth that was causing me so much agony for a week at that point. Very grateful for Dr. Quintero for working on a Sunday and for Elizabeth for calling me back. Highly recommend, especially for weekend dental emergencies.

I've been seeing Dr. E for about 10 years now and his expertise and care is beyond words! 4 wisdom teeth, a couple of molars and now a bridge and not one complain. His staff is amazing, especially Jonathan! Thank you guys for always doing great work!

I had a great experience on my first day with them and the next day, when fasting all morning for my wisdom tooth surgery, they called me 1.5 hours before to cancel because they needed to refer me to another surgeon who is not even part of Care dental. That was my only day off to get the issue handled and I had to call around to find someone to take me in at mid-day, thankfully I did. I usually don't leave bad reviews and just look for solutions but this situation was just bad handling overall and I hope you improve in your internal communication system and of course, your customer's.

I’d like to take a minute to express how great my experience was with Dr. Juan M. Quintero. From the very first time meeting/consulting to the very end of my procedure, he was very attentive; listened to my concerns and suggested different options as to what would be best to address these. He was very professional, kind, easy going and friendly. Additionally, I want to also mention how great the rest of the staff is, very warm and welcoming.

Clean office and modern facilities.
The staff are courteous, friendly and accommodating.
Dr. Quintero is an excellent dentist.

Awesome experience! I suffered for 2 weeks with excruciating pain, three doctors/dentists and finally today (Saturday) I called and was seen immediately by Dr. Eisenband. (Side note: I am not Ok going to a dentist). Identified my problem and suggested a tooth extraction. I tried to “run” but instead Dr Eisenband paused and spoke to me to help me relax and think clearly. His assistant reassured me and also helped me relax. I can’t believe I am going to say this but I had my tooth extracted and it was the best dental experience I have ever had! I found my new dentist. Thank you for everything.

I came there last Saturday in so much pain and the office staff was so helpful. Dr. Eisenband was very patient with me and his receptionist Elizabeth made sure I got registered and was comfortable until I was seen. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs an dental services.

Confession: I haven't been to the dentist in 3 years. I didn't find a practice I loved before COVID, and time just kind of passed. My husband went to Care Dental after not going to the dentist in 10+ years, and ended up needing 2 root canals, 2 crowns, and 10+ fillings. He was so happy with his experience that I had to try them out.

From the sub-10-minute check-in experience, to the expert, gentle touch of the hygienist Eva, to the sub-5-minute filling by Dr. Quintero, the process was both efficient and yet very human. You usually get one or the other, but at Care Dental you get both!

I've definitely found my new home for dental care in Wellington, Florida!
