Care Plus Walk-in Clinic, Brandon FL

My husband has been going here for a few years. Every time, they give him problems. First of all, you ALWAYS wait whether you have an appointment or not. Secondly, they are only there for the money. They will order tests, blood work, allergy testing, scans, etc when that's not even the reason you're there. They don't take care of refill requests at all. You can give them 5 days and it won't be done. They claim you have to be seen by them several times a year just for one medication. They don't care about their patients and they're ignorant when it comes to medical care. They should be shut down!

Worse experience I've ever had! P. A. Sherry is the rudest most unprofessional and laziest medical professional I've ever dealt with. Not only did she verbally attack me but my husband who came with me as well. Yelling at us and wouldn't allow us to speak. Insulted my endocrinologist, and didn't give me any medical treatment while I was there. Called in the wrong medicine to my pharmacist and refused to fix it. You won't actually get to see a real doctor here, just one that thinks she knows better than the actual doctors.

I did not enjoy my experience here. I paid a lot of money without having insurance and did not feel cared for at all. Felt a serious lack of compassion. Unfortunate.

Excellent Doctor's, Very Friendly staff. Always there when I need them. I wish I could give more stars. Only place I go when I need medical attention. I recommend this office highly!

This place is a SCAM! After she rung my credit card, she told me she charged me as much as she could. I already reported their over-charging to the authorities. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else!

Absolutely worst place to come for medical care. The receptionist was extremely rude by the name of Angelica. I was forced to pay my co-pay before I was even seen by a doctor. Extremely long wait, dirty waiting area and no personalized attention. On top of that the employees at this establishment are bickering amongst each other which I find very unprofessional. I will personally not come back to this establishment they have made many changes that are not patient friendly. Save yourself some money and seek medical attention from true professionals

Went in with the same insurance as last time. Last time it was $60 this time $95 if I knew it was full price with insurance I would have taken my son to the pediatricians office. Like seriously it was as if the staff did not want to contact Cigna and give me my insurance discount!

They need to remover that the patients are the reason they are in business, if they have issues with each other and /or the way they track and order supplies it should be discussed during a weekly meeting, not while patients are waiting to be seen

Worst experience ever. Came in for what should’ve been a quick health assessment. Was told they could see me no issues given I was a walk in. Submitted my paperwork and the lady who handled it decided to go on lunch. Two hours later and still not seen. Thank you for wasting my afternoon. Your reviews speaks for themselves.

Like the Nurse Practitioner. However the waiting is the worse if you have an appointment. I usually came 30 minutes before and still had to wait over 50 minutes to be seen so today I came in one hour and a half earlier and it now an hour later. So maybe they'll see me at 1exactly (my appt) we'll see

Good place over the years, but consistently long wait times, expect an avg of 45min before a vital sign is taken.

I have been going to Dr. Jagdeep Sandhu for about twenty years. Though the wait can be a bit long for walk-ins, I make an appointment when there's no urgency. I have always received thorough care, and the staff has always been responsive. Masha (ARNP) listens to your concerns as well. It's a busy office, but you receive great care.

I have been going to Care plus for years. I overlooked the over charge of my co pay time after time as I explained my co pay is $30 not $40. I overlooked the extra charges and billing that took me months to get handle because their office would never call back.but the icing on the cake was when I went there and they gave me a liquid medication and I accidentally knocked it over.and I called and I had one if the doctors call me back.he was rude unprofessional and lucky he wasn’t standing in front of me as he spoke to me the way he did.as I started to tell him how unprofessional he was he hung up. Sorry care plus you don’t get to treat people that way.another lost patient

Very rude receptionist. Very long wait. Made me pay cash even though I had insurance and could show them proof online. This wouldn’t be so bad but then they refused to rebill once they could verify the insurance. Doctor was inexperienced and felt the care was poor at best!

This is my go-to place. Been going here for prob 15 years. I love my Doctor's, Nurses, and staff there. Thank you always for friendly service.

I honestly have nothing negative to say. The staff was very professional and very friendly! They answered every question I had and made my 5 year old feel safe and well taken care of. (He usually doesn't like a new doctor) I recommend this place! There were 6 people in front of us and my wait was not long either.
