My grandmother (89 years old) went there for the first time. She got sick with Covid and was at the hospital and we called the doctor for follow up and she never called back. She sent her to the ophthalmologist and they never sent the referral after calling the office 100 times. She had a telehealth visit scheduled and they never sent the link, we called the office and they said they will be calling us and they never did (what doctor doesn’t call a patient with a virtual visit to know why they are not connected?) They don’t care about patients!

Mi abuela (89 años) fue allí por primera vez. Se enfermó de covid y estaba en el hospital y llamamos al médico para que le diera seguimiento y nunca volvió a llamar. La envió al oftalmólogo y nunca enviaron la referencia después de llamar a la oficina 100 veces. Tenía programada una visita de telesalud y nunca enviaron el enlace, llamamos a la oficina y dijeron que nos llamarían y nunca lo hicieron (¿qué médico no llama a un paciente con una visita virtual para saber por qué no están conectados? No les importan los pacientes!

Worst clinic. Had me waiting for 1 hour to tell me the Dr was in a meeting and couldn’t see me so I had to reschedule my appointment. Mind you I had been waiting for 2 months for this appointment.

I’ve been patient of doctor Gilsis Bocalandro for many months. I recommend this doctor at all based on her care and patient assistance.
This institution has a very professional staff that I proud of.

Visits to Doctors are always filled with stress. EXCEPT when I come to this Calle 8 CareMax office.since from the moment I enter. I feel at home and as if surrounded by family … the Manager Ms. Melo will personally get involved to answer questions and guide me as necessary to my various stops within the facility … I certainly would recommend the clinic and it’s staff members

Yamila and Jessica where really helpful and did an amazing job. Great customer service and very polite.

I've been waiting for 2 medications for over a month now and they still havent sent the order to the pharmacy. I've had to pay out of pocket because they dont do their job! I've called them several times and all they say is yea we will do it right now or they just hand up the phone because the ladies that answer the phone calls are extremely rude. I talked to the manager she didnt do anything about it. I put a complain and not even like that they get their job done! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Dont recommed it. Even with the ladies at the pharmacy they have been rude and all they are doing is their job and trying to help me because ive gone several times to see if they finally sent the medication. If you can go somewhere else do so!
