Very bad service to the patient and a lot of delay, bad communication and delayed medications by Dr. Manuel Lugo and his staff in charge, thank you for the attention

I’m not sure what yo say about this clinic. You can’t even get your results back by the time you get it you can’t even count on that result. There is no doctors to do the job. You guys need to do better. People can’t even get an appointment in due time. Why get so many new patients when the old ones can’t get to the bottom of things. They kept canceling my appointments. I’m so irritated. There is no direct number to the clinic.

This is the absolute worst medical office I have ever dealt with in my life! This place is a nightmare, a cheap meat market. You never see a true doctor MD, it always a nurse practitioner. When you call you get a machine and can’t leave a Voicemail because full. I’m having surgery scheduled and needed to get a medical clearance prior. I have visited this office on 5 occasions in effort to resolve this issue with no luck. I’m so disgusted and frustrated I’m going to find a new doctor office which I can receive quality service.

If seeking a quality medical office this is NOT the place!

TERRIBLE, place had to go through hell just to get someone to do their job and send my medication script to the Correct pharmacy so I can take my blood pressure medication,
Meanwhile me blood pressure spiked to 170/117

I tried to make an appointment over the phone and it took two hours for the representative figure out what he was doing. Horrible services

I wish I could give zero stars. This is by far the worst and most unorganized doctors office I’ve been to. They put you in a waiting room for hours and have random people just busting in the room n the room on you like you in a hair salon. I have only been a patient there for a month and I will be changing my pcp TOMORROW. I’ve yet to get my lab results because I need to see the doctor first and I still haven’t seen the doctor. LETS NOT FORGET THE ROOMS ARE DIRTY!

I called 7 times i got hunged up all 7 times
I finally called on the 8th time just fir them to not even try to verify my insurance and hanged up again

The experience has been phenomenal. Vanessa is a very professional person with extraordinary capacity. He does everything and more to help the patient and gives more than 100%. My husband and I are very grateful for your attention and help. My husband has been with Caremax for about 5 years since Homestead and now here in Orlando.

Busy office staff is very nice and they have pick up and drop off services for your appointments you can also do blood work there and my father-in-law Nathaniel Malone gets excellent service and the doctor that he has is very Hands-On

I feel very honored to be part of CareMax and every day it fills me with happiness to give my heart as a Medical Assistant to each of the patients I care for.
More than a clinic, it is a big family.
