CareSpot Urgent Care of Neptune Beach reviews
19I had the best experience possible. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Everything was punctual. My experience was not Covid-related (thankfully), but they followed protocol to keep everything safe, sanitary, and socially-distant for all.
The staff was very pleasant on the phone as well as at the clinic. The receptionists and the PA that attended me were all very professional.
The front desk staff were so nice, and the PA Stephanie Kinsey was very attentive and kind. Plus, I was in and out within an hour. ️
I called and got in with no problem. Having a constant cough & sinus does not stop them from seeing me “in person! ” I appreciate that. Had another Covid test there and it was negative. Saw 2 specialists thereafter for tests as recommended. At least, I got some antibiotics since I do not have a spleen. I was very grateful and have been going there for a few months now.
Morgan did a great job explaining everything and making me feel comfortable. The entire staff works hard and seems to truly care about their clients. Kimberly is extremely knowledgeable about insurance and the overall process.
Very incompetent people. Every time I have tried to use this place there's always been an issue. I was referred by my primary care physician to go get a covet test.so I went in on a Sunday and the lady was extremely rude and told me that they do not do tests. I called the area manager the next day he was too busy to be bothered with me. It took him almost 12 hours to call me back by then I'd already went somewhere else talk to people on next door they all told me not to go there. Don't waste your time with these people
Went with my daughter for a covid test with an appointment made. We came 5 min early to register. We have been waiting 40 minutes while they took walk-ins first. Management obviously is lacking and front staff seems not to care. Would not recommend. Asked to speak to practice manager but he made multiple excuses and did not seem to care. Will be emailing their corporate headquarters.
This is my second - and last time- at this incompetent, unorganized facility. I went for a Covid test. I waited one- half hour, despite having made an appointment. She tested and then stated the P. A.would be in. I again waited one-half hour. I looked out of the room and no one was around. It was lunch time. Clearly, I had been forgotten so I walked out. Because I didn't talk to the PA, they threw the test out not bothering to notify me. Never again.
Do not recommend this place! Front desk is very slow and unprofessional, looks like they do not care about their clients.
Go to any other place.
Great Customer Service and Rayvon was an excellent caregiver. Will definitely use them in the future.
Each step of the proccess was very good from intake to exit.the physicians assistant was excellent.i left with a clear understanding of what to do next- and why.
I feel sorry for you and or your loved one that had to go here on Sunday. The PA /Dr and assistants in charge were unengaged and making jokes about how the volume of patients changes after football games end on Sunday - totally okay with humor, but patients were lined up waiting in the lobby. Employees seem inconvenienced to be there on Sunday. Why wouldn’t this business just remain closed on Sunday if they’re not interested in helping patients?
Got a "free covid-19 test" because I had to for work.got sent a $164 dollar bill a month later. Its despicable that they're billing the state, lying to their customers (not patients because that would imply they're medical professionals) and trying to double profit off a pandemic. The money isn't a big deal its the principle.
This place is scamming people. My friend came in here to get Covid tested two days ago (positive by the way.) The test was free. Have other friends who were tested here for free in the past couple of months as well. Then I came in two days later with symptoms. They first asked me how much I was quoted as if they give different prices to different people. I told them I wasn’t quoted anything. Then they tried to charge me $140 plus a lab fee. And basically called me a liar about my friend getting tested for free. Very rude and unethical.
Staff was great, service was speedy, and price was affordable. One staff member said he was concerned about me the moment I got out of my car. He could tell I was in pain through the window and had immediate concern.
Pretty decent facility. I had to wait quite a bit but the check in procedure was easy. The visit was very quick, however. I got examined carefully, got the prescriptions I required without an issue. For the most part the staff was professional. The only bad part I got to overhear everyone's conversations with the intake person. That sort of private, but everyone can hear those conversations since the waiting area is not far from the reception. It's nice that they are located right next to CVS pharmacy. Made it easy for outoftowner like me. I think these folks do a good job.
The lady who was working at the front was awesome. She was doing it all, from checking people in, answering phone calls, to doing X-rays! She was so busy but she handled it well. The PA who I saw was so lovely, kind and thorough. I didn’t feel rushed by her at all. Great experience!
It was easy to check in online, the facility was clean and staff were very friendly. My appointment went well and things were explained clearly.
The staff at CareSpot were fantastic. I had twisted my ankle severely and thought I had broken it. They got me in extremely fast, took x-rays and released me with just a severe sprain, crutches and a splint. I was in and out in an hour! I will definitely go there for all of my minor emergencies.
Sincerely
