Very professional & polite & caring & provided service quickly. Facility & staff very clean!

Came to this location twice and the staff was overly rude. Prior to even knowing what I came in for they were quick to say “if you have no appointment then there will be a long wait time. ” The back office staff is very disrespectful to the front office staff and reprimanded the staff member in front of patients. Im not sure what the real issue is with that location but the staff members need to be reevaluated for professionalism.

The receptionist is extremely rude. The assistant was also rude and was slamming the stuff in the drawer because I was on the phone with my insurance company getting a phone number. I would not recommend coming to this location.

Wow. What can I say? Camilla was great and Dr Green also. Camilla was the person who took my vitals, and also set up my info before I saw Dr Green. Dr Green also a very nice and caring doctor. She really wanted to fix my problem and she did.
Also I don't want to forget the young lady behind the desk that let me walk in earlier even though I had a later appt. She also was very friendly. I've been to this Carespot two times before and both times everything went smoothly.

A hearty thanks to the staff of CareSpot urgent care of Tamarac! Since I’m always moving heavy things, today was my day to get A big bruise on my cheek about an inch and a half under my eye, and I banged myself up enough to split the skin about half an inch on top of the bruise and I’m saying to myself uh-oh this requires medical grade superglue.
At first it was thought I may need to go to the emergency room —which is slow, charges Pentagon prices, and would blow the whole afternoon. So Dr. McKreith assessed the situation and determined we could go the superglue route and dab dab I was fixed up with no expectation of a scar all for $40 copay and an hour well spent!

Care spot medical center in Fort Lauderdale is place to go with your medical needs, they can also recommend you to a primary health care Doctor if you need one.my experience is that I was in need of urgent medical attention and it was granted and I got great results.

I called first to see if I could get a drug screen for employment. The staff checked the schedule to see if I could come in on the same day. She gave me a time frame. I arrived on time and did my drug screen. They were very professional and friendly. The staff explained the steps I had to take before my drug screen. I got my test done and was completed without any issues. The place was very clean as well. I thank them for taking care of me in such a short notice!

Close proximity to work and home. I never have to wait a long time. The staff is professional and attentive. They take the time to ask the right questions and address any concerns you may have. They are not pushing you out the door to run to the next patient. They are able fill my prescription on-site so I wouldn’t have a longer delay waiting for my scrip from the local pharmacy. I appreciate having Carespot when I need them.
