CareSpot Urgent Care reviews
31I want to thank all the carespot urgent care staff for treating me so well. The service was quick and adequate. Thanks again guys!
Registered online for an appointment 45 minutes before I arrived. I was taken back to see a doctor 15 minutes later. I was able to get x-rays and an EKG within the hour. I have waited in other doctors offices for longer than my total visit here and didn't get any test run!
I can't say enough good about this place. I was sicker than sick and they welcomed me in even though I came in 30 minutes before closing. Everyone was very friendly and very caring. I highly recommend this staff to anyone! I will feel so much better knowing I can send my son here while he's away at college.
Very polite staff who kept things moving. I do recommend making an appointment online before you go to ensure that you don’t end up in the wait queue. They get busier later in the afternoon but around 2 when I’ve gone they are able to get me in and out quickly. Overall I recommend them over the CVS MinuteClinic on Archer.
I came in right before closing with a horrible ear infection and the ladies at the front desk helped me with a smile. I know its probably policy to help anyone who comes in before closing no matter how late. However, instead of posing an attitude or helping me with reluctance, they were kind and helpful.
WORTH THE WAIT!
I had been to my PCP, another urgent care, and it wasn't until here that I was FINALLY correctly diagnosed. Thank you to all the staff especially John Snook.
The wait is long but it's because they're in really high demand. They should have 2 PA's for peak times, but it's likely they weren't expecting an uptick so unexpectedly.
I came in with something stuck in my finger. The wait time was very short and the treatment was very much so on point. I only regret that I did not think of going there sooner:) :) :)
Facility was clean and bright, staff was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Treated everyone with respect!
We stopped by with a sick child on the way to Disney and they were very nice, in and out quick and very helpful! Super Clean too!
Showed up at 2: 50 for an appointment at 3, had to listen to some guy complain he wasn't helped yet when his appointment wasn't until 3: 15, they took him back before me and i sat there until about 3: 50 when they put me in a room and made me wait another 30 minutes just to see someone.no customer management and no answers when you ask whats taking so long, the "receptionist" just says she doesn't know whats going on. Doesn't exactly radiate competence
I recently went to this location because my mothers legs were swelling and the physician wouldn’t even touch her leg prior to upcharging her and ordering expensive testing, (ekg and X-rays). When asked if she could receive some anti-inflammatoires she was told no because she wasn’t given testing. This is absolutely ridiculous no medical facility should conduct themselves in this manner. I hope that people read this and decide to look else where for medical assistance because they are not holding to the hypocritic oath that they swore.
