CareSpot Urgent Care - Jacksonville Arlington Cesery

Pretty awful experience.
The front desk staff and vitals nurses were fine, but the doctor didn't really care about what was happening to me, nor did he listen to me explain my symptoms.
I have never been talked over at the doctors office before until now. I couldn't get a word in to explain what was happening. The Doctor made a lot of assumptions about me and sent me on my way. I still haven't gotten any test results. I ended up going to the ER later that evening instead.

Terrible customer service over the phone, puts you on hold for something that can be answered quickly, called 3 different times and got put on hold for 30 minutes for each phone call

Received THE ABSOLUTE WORST attitude from anyone in customer service ever this morning by an African American bearded man in this location. The treatment was absolutely unnecessary and borderline abusive. This was my first time at a CareSpot location and will hesitate to even attempt to visit again if this is any kind of representation of how these businesses are run.

I left without seeing anyone and went to the minute clinic where I was treated with kindness and respect.

I had made an appointment for 9: 45 got there and didnt get seen an hour later. I do not recommend this place. I felt like they overlooked at my symptoms. They asked me if I had been around people with covid or flu I said I didn't think so but I had been traveling for the holidays and I had no covid symptoms but I also didn't know how the flu felt like because I never had it in my life. Anyway I didnt get tested for anything they just assumed and prescribed me some medication that gave me an allergic reaction the 3rd day of taking it. I tried calling and every time I for put on hold nobody answered the phone they just thought it would be nice to just automatically put people on hold with no explanation. I was on hold for 20 minutes the first time, tried calling again then waited 15 minutes and then tried calling again and was put on hold again with no explanation.just ridiculous. Plus the front office lady started arguing with a patient that didn't hear what she had said instead of just doing her job and helping out the young lady the front office lady decided to argue just to prove a point that made no sense. I am very disappointed.

From the moment of us entering the office, the girl at the front desk was the route fast, and had me checked in. Thank God I felt so sick and come to find out I had Covid. They didn’t play around and like the place we went to before this one. This will be the one I come back to if I need one again thank you for having such an efficient. Staff.

I was charged twice to have the same exact tests done twice - the staff couldn't find the result for the test they ordered last time, so they ordered another. Now I'm being charged $100 by LabCorp twice for the same exact tests with the same exact results. I've attempted to contact the manager of the branch, Ashley, but she avoids all calls. Pretty terrible way to do your job, Ashley.

AWFUL! DO NOT GO HERE! They said that one patient was allowed IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING when trying to go back with the patient to help translate (Spanish to English) I was told simply “outside” like an animal and to wait there for the entirety of the appointment. It was blatantly racist and I’ve never been treated in such a manner, and I will most definitely be contacting FDOH

The receptionist was rude and totally unwilling to attempt any type of customer service to provide customer service

I made an appointment with carespot on 12/14/2022 upon entering this location the professionalism was little to none I was not greeted or anything. I came for a physical for my employer and the documentation wasn’t dated so now I am calling daily to receive a copy via email of my documentation with the correct date so that I can begin working. The guy answering the phone this morning assured me for hours he would send them and when I called back to check two hours later he hung up in my face! I will never visit this location again

CareSpot Urgent care is Awesome they saw me on a Saturday even though families were recovering from the hurricane I would return for any others issues that occur and I would recommend my family and friends

As a recent patient at Carespot I must say they were on time and very professional and organized. Superb staff was puctional and knowledgeable and well trained.

The reason I gave four stars is for the staff I came in contact with during my visit, The front desk, pregnant young lady was very pleasant and patient with customers, she is the reason for the four stars. If I had to base my stars off of the time it took me to finally get service, I would rate it a 0-1, it took 2 hours, when I arrived there were 6 people in the waiting area and I was instructed for the services I needed would take about an hour, well it took 2 and I was very disappointed, as no one really came in for an appointment for they were already there. Staff was great but service was horrible.

Easy and simple online appointment scheduling. I was able to select from available times and quickly add insurance info. Very CLEAN and compassionate attention and care in the waiting room. They had a clean and perfect little kid cove playing PBS where I was able to wait to be seen with my 4 year old daughter. The nurse and doctor were very sweet to my inquisitive daughter while simultaneously checking my symptoms and vitals. The doctor quickly told me exactly what I needed to hear, "We'll send those scripts to your pharmacy right now" so I could start my course of antibiotics and get back to normal in time for work on Monday. They did this all on a holiday weekend. Can't say enough good things about this place.
