CareSpot Urgent Care, Port St. Lucie FL

Walked in an hour before closing on a Sunday after battling the thought all day of going to an Urgent Care. The receptionist was kind and efficient. The MA and nurse practitioner I had were both kind. It took me about 45 minutes in total from start to finish. I was extremely grateful to get an antibiotic called in that night and recommendation for a 24 hour pharmacy (as I don't live in that immediate area)

When you're feeling really crummy, you can only hope to be treated with kindness and compassion like this staff did for me. Highly recommend

I went to CareSpot on Thursday March 11,2021 for a COVID test because I was feeling light headed, wasn’t feeling well, labored breathing while walking & sneezing. The NP told me I had a cold not COVID & she wasn’t giving me the test because my lungs were clear. On Friday March 19 I go to the ER @ Traditional Medical center & test POSITIVE FOR COVID with clear lungs.

If I could give no stars, I would. What’s the sense of making an appointment? I waited an hour just to do a simple drug test. Two people went ahead of me that came after me. They do not wipe down the chairs once someone gets up, nor do they spray. One person came out and wiped down the receptionist counter. That was it. A woman was sick and walking around. She complained about the waiting time and said that she might have Covid. She kept touching her mask while she talked and pulling it down. They didn’t ask her to wait outside. They just let her walk around. Unacceptable!

Horrible service. The receptionist refused to allow me to be tested for Covid and said that I would need to pay 120$ for a test that they provide for free under the cares act

I am not happy. I have two insurances that covers me 100%. Why am I getting a bill? How greedy is that?

Great service I highly recommend care spot on primavista in port Saint Lucie Florida. Great people I really felt like they cared about my needs and what I came in for to get done which was my DOT MEDICAL CARD. They preformed a few test urine eye blood pressure and some other things which I passed of course and bam I was set it feels good to know these people are there to help you get back to work thank you thank you awesome staffing

Always a long wait even if it's one person! Call and make appointment don't do online because it doesn't do anything apparently!

If you are in pain do not go there! My daughter has been there for 4 hrs and 50 min and counting! They keep skipping her with excuses of patients wiht more important conditions or life threatening, Pretty sure conditions like that should go to emergency hospital, probably is about money, we can pile people no matter for how long they wait or how they feel.

I can't thank the physician and staff at the care spot enough for caring for me in my time of need. Everyone there was very professional and respectful. I recommend the care spot to anyone in need of assistance.

Quick wait time (called at 9am for an appt, got one at 10: 30am). Good bedside manner from NP (Kathyrn) and Nurse (Rick). Continued to help after visit with changing prescriptions as necessary and giving advice. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Friendly and timely, doctor did not listen to his patient, found out after visiting regular doctor, the doctor on call made wrong diagnosis. Could have ended up taking wrong medication.

Called about getting a refill on a beta blocker lady says $109 probably and you will maybe only get a week or two max of meds never heard of that! She said I need to get a primary care dr. I said I am in Montreal 11 months of the year so my dr is there. I was treated like a vagrant guess she was clueless that there is more than one reason for not having a pcp. This place just did not want my business so I went elsewhere

Always been happy with Care Spot. Love the tea, coffee, and snacks. Rick is great and the providers are always professional. It's clean and efficient. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I am always pleased when I go there. Mind you, I hate being sick. But the atmosphere is just so pleasant. Makes my ails almost go away. Great staff.

DO not bother with this place if your in pain and need meds. I was hoping for a quick visit for an infection. I already knew what I had, so all they had to do was to call in a rx for pain and antibiotics. They were not able to complete a simple task. Supposedly sent rx to wrong pharmacy. Had to make several calls for them to get it right, which took up my entire morning. Ridiculous, never again.

I been here since 3 hours with 2 patients in front of me just to see my daughter for an infected finger and there where 3 people behind us and they where gone before us.horrible

Everyone here was friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Even though I had to be referred to a orthopedic doctor, they explained what the doctor would probably do and reassured me of my concerns. CareSpot will be my go to urgent care center.

This place is AWESOME! Everyone on the staff smiles and are very efficient. A good place to go if you don't feel good!
