Staff and physician was great. Appreciated them working on Thanksgiving day to provide care to those of us that needed it.

I’ve come here a few times for myself as well as for my children. Every experience I’ve had has been a positive one. The staff is always helpful, and knowledgeable.

Get better care than with your GP.
I have been treated by John Arce, APRN at Durbin for the past 2 years for respiratory/bronchitis issues. My care here is superior to what I received at my GP. John really listens and treats the illness aggressively. We made our appointment at 2: 30 am on Thursday and were seen at 9: 15am that day. This his so much easier than trying to schedule an appointment with our GP. John had us get a chest x-ray. He called us within an hour to discuss the results and we told him our insurance would not cover the inhaler. He called the pharmacy and got it straightened and called us back. I have never been treated this well at a medical facility. CareSpot needs to appreciate what a great doctor they have here and reward him accordingly. Thanks for everything you do John.

The staff and doctor very nice.

Worst service ever. They made me wait unnecessarily since they want to show 2 hrs waiting for walkin. There was no one in waiting room and only couple of cars outside. I took permission from office and came here to see doctor and they wasted 2 hrs. I could have done lot of work during that time and now I have to work during night to makeup for the hours lost. These people are too business minded only behind money and absolutely to respect for others time. There is no one to monitor these people. Only god can help! The doctor was knowledgeable and helpful to address my problem.

Always fast and easy appts. I really like being able to schedule appts online at any time as well. The physicians listen to the patient and provide remedies to get them well with no hassles.

Went there last night because I was in an auto accident. I was told that I would have to pay $500 upfront to be seen because that’s what my deductible is under my auto insurance. I understand I have a deductible and would have to pay out of pocket for some expenses but $500 upfront is ridiculous. Especially because I was told there was no X-ray tech there at that time and it would be an office visit only. Feel like they are taking advantage of people. I left and went to St Vincent’s urgent care. Charged nothing up front and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Honored the appointment time, friendly and helped my son out, confirming it was not the flu. Thank you!

Quick service! Checking in and out was surprisingly expedited! Staff were friendly. I'm usually not fond about these urgent care clinics due to the wait times but I have to say this was the fastest service that I’ve had in years…! Keep it up. I’ll definitely return if needed.

I keep trying this place because it's tied to Baptist and close to my home, but this is the final straw!

I made an appointment online, and I arrived early. Completed the check-in process before the appointment time, and here we sit 30 minutes after my scheduled time. Asked the front desk person when my child would be seen, and she said, "There's one person ahead of you. "

Previous visits the front desk person was extremely rude and condescending.

I will start going to the Flagler Urgent Care for any urgent needs.

The Nurse Practitioner was great. I only gave 4 stars because I had an appt but wasn’t seen for an hour. It seemed to be useless to make an appt.

Was just tested for flu and COVID and was told I have a viral illness. I'm sick and in pain with flu like symptoms and they just sent me on my way without any help except to tell me to keep taking over the counter drugs. Take my money and insurance and left with nothing. This doctor's office. Paid for help and got nothing.

Took my child there on Saturday. Dr was a jerk and told me his tonsils are swollen. Of course they weren’t so he doesn’t have any. The told me he didn’t have flu or covid because he got dressed for the day.
Ended up at his primary care doctor, and he tested positive for the flu!

Worse urgent care I have ever been too. Do not not recommend.

Great facility. Comforting, neat and clean. They saw me within 5 mins. The diagnosis was spot on. Got the right meds and I was leaving after 15 mins of arriving. A perfect visit.

I was able to schedule an appointment and was very convenient. Dr was able to help with my issue.

This location has the best customer service hands down. The PA was great, friendly front desk, and not much of a wait. We got in line via the website before we started driving to Durbin. I would definitely recommend Durbin Carespot
