In the midst of a world wide pandemic, ALL of the employees at CareSpot have not forgotten how to be kind and compassionate to patients who are facing many uncertainties on many fronts. Great job guys and thank you so much!

140 for office visit and 70 for the lab and takes 7 days to get results for covid 19. This is if your without insurance. How sad.

Called and made an appointment for next day testing, the receptionist gave Great information on the phone. When arriving 8: 20 am appointment time 8: 30 am the 2 receptionist didn’t see me on appointment list, no one was in the waiting area, and than when I asked to rebook she presumed to say it’s full! Any one of color I don’t recommend to go (BLACK)

Making appointments is fast and easy. When I arrived it went fast and smooth. The doctor's are nice and friendly.

I went in with a possible broken bone. The girl at the desk was super rude to the point i left right away and went elsewhere. When she asked how she could help me i said i need an x-ray, she rolled her eyes looked all around her and then said it will be an hour and a half. That was my first time there and my last. I will never go back there. And to top it all it was a broken bone. So thanks care spot. Not!

The two nurses who saw me were very attentive and listened to everything I had to say. They were genuinely concerned and because I was in a hurry they helped me get in and out as quickly as possible. Although I hope I don’t need to see them again, I would definitely come back here if they need ever came up.

West Marion hospital released me while I still had an infection and I felt lousy and ended up at this urgent care facility. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. I was prescribed an antibiotic (the hospital did not give me any when I was released) and within a few days I felt much better. I subsequently had a blood test and everything was back to normal.

The PA and staff are always very organized, friendly, and professional. The waiting area, desk, exam rooms and bathrooms are always neat and clean. Minimal wait time- Fast, efficient, friendly service/care.

I walked into the Carespot location at 8: 40 Saturday morning. I was in pain from a UTI that had been going on since 2: 00 am. I was greeted and registered quickly by your friendly and caring staff. I gave an urine speciman and was taken into a exam room by Anna who was also very caring. She spoke to me about my symptoms and took my vitals. Within minutes after she left the room, John (PA), came in and confirmed my suspicions that I had an UTI. He was very sympathetic and informative about my condition and the medication that he was going to prescribe. I checked out at 9: 10 - 30 minutes from the time I walked in the door - which is unheard of in a regular doctor's office. Hopefully, I never have to go through this again, but, if I do, I will return to Carespot as I rate them 10 out of 10. My only wish is that they had my prescription in their office. That would have eliminated my 2nd stop at Publix Pharmacy and have me to my way home to bed more quickly.

I came in as a walk in on a late Sunday after noon and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Friendly staff and great service!

Went there feeling horrible and was told I had an hour and a half wait but they got me in within a half hour. Everyone was so nice and professional and the place was very clean. I would definitely go there again.

Thank you Care Spot.thank you Dr. Vincent Mirarchi and Melissa and whoever helped after I was having severe side effects from medications that were prescribed to me on my initial visit. Dr. Mirarchi, who initially was not the individual who helped me, wanted me back in the office after hearing about my side effects. Here was a doctor who didn't know me, was that concerned for me to have Melissa call and get me back in for assessment. Very, very caring. I also want to say that all who I met with from the receptionists to those who take vitals all were very professional. Kudos to all!

I came in for an allergic reaction. The staff was friendly and very attentive. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes. I would definitely go there again.

The staff at the front desk was very nice and so was the gentle man taking taking my vitals and xray. But as for the physician who came to see me.the words to describe her vile attitude and rudeness cannot be said in polite society. She was very rough rude and uncaring of my pain and discomfort even before an xray had been performed. She had a rude demeanor and I was offended by the dirty looks and attitude. I understand that people have bad days but do not take it out on me when I'm coming to you for help. I am so offended and the rough handling has left me in more pain and discomfort than when I came in. I will not be coming back and I will not reccomend this place to anyone.

Everyone was very courteous and kind. They seemed to enjoy what they were doing. They treated me with respect and in a timely fashion. Thank you, so much for your patience and time rendered you guys were amazing!

The facility was clean. The wait time was low, although I did make an appointment. The doctor listened to our concerns and answered all our questions. The only part that was time consuming was the front desk. Of course, she had to wait until the doctor wrote his notes on the computer before she could do anything. I would definitely recommend.

I moved here from Ft. Lauderdale Fl.to Ocala Fl.and I needed urgent care. This is my first time visit Care Spot Urgent Care and the service I got from the staff and Dr. Vincent Mirarchi were so good. It's clean and so friendly. And the doctor so patient and a good listener with good understanding to your problem and get to the bottom of it. I highly recommend this urgent care, Care Spot Urgent care to anyone and everyone who want the care they looking for. This is the place to go. I give them 5 stars all the way up!

Very reasonable price. The staff was amazing. Dr. John Snook very professional and Hilarious. Definitely recommend.

Fast, helpful and understanding. Nurses are friendly and try to male you feel better. I love that you have the opportunity to reserve your spot instead of being there with pain. Its fas even if you dont reserve a spot.

I was traveling and had to stop into Ocala and find an Urgent Care. Thankfully I found Carespot! I must say this is a great place. The staff were very compassionate. Dr. Snook was awesome. He was very thorough and I felt confident that I was in good hands. If I could give more than five stars, I would.
