If you can't speak Spanish, you maybe shouldn't be here? Security guy kept speaking Spanish to me, and I repeatedly told him I don't understand him. A nice driver spoke enough English for me to understand him telling me where I was supposed to park and check in. During that conversation, the security guy came back and started speaking in Spanish and making arm motions, and I shrugged him off.he then threatened to hit me, when the driver stepped in front of him. All I wanted to know is what to do to get my 2 pallets unloaded. I mentioned something to the receiver, but he didn't speak English either and walked away.

Charges a lot and don't even stay responsible for a damaged cargo. First time and never more

They favor Spanish speaking drivers. If you non Hispanic then your back on the line and out of the luck. But if you are spanish driver congratulations you getting unloaded first and quick.

I ordered 2 Tommy Bahama Chairs from amazon and was my first time using this company as my forwarder to Aruba from Miami. After a long process of opening account (lot of back and forth emails) not a great experience as they did not shrink my box as many companies do. The box that it was sent was for 4 chairs and I ended up paying for space on cargo for much more than needed, double in fact. Other companies offer this and for a big company like this I was very surprise it was not the case. Will not be using them again.
