They are thieves, they look for any minimal pretext to send the box to Dian and they cause the boxes to be lost so they can keep them or to charge like 2 million pesos to hire an agent to recover it, but for whatever reason they either steal the box or charge you dearly.to get it back

Personally I think it is a very good company. I always make my shipments there. They arrive on time and I have never lost anything.

Be careful with the shipments, three of my packages were damaged, I made the corresponding claim but no one answers or responds. I have a lost shipment and I have called several times and they have not provided a solution. They are irresponsible and incompetent. The owner is a rude and impolite person.caused in packets sent

It's a disaster, it seems like it was a service to the community, every time I come they have a different employee, and each time with worse service. I don't recommend them.
