Staff waiting hours
that attends little documentation and
slow. The part of Turkish that shares the stage is fast.
When you ask why they take so long they always have a justification and in my case they told me to call the manager but in a very bad way.
Waiting more than 1 hour to process the documentation is not understandable.
Hazmat merchandise is a mess
to have it reviewed.
