There really aren’t enough kind adjectives to describe our experience with car heroes in Tampa. Rob was simply a class act and so incredibly patient with all of our questions. Brandon was equally as helpful and patient. It was one of the best car purchase experiences I’ve had. We never felt pressured or pushed to buy some thing we did not want. We searched for several weeks and visited with many dealers. If you are looking for a good vehicle with a great experience, I would highly recommend car heroes Tampa!

Just had an awesome experience working with CarHeroes. Zach, the sales manager, spent nearly his entire afternoon working with me to ensure that I was able to finance the car that I was interested in. He was respectful, knowledgeable, accommodating and transparent. Upon our arrival, my partner and I were greeted and attended to immediately. Not only was everyone very kind and welcoming, they were attentive and purposeful - we were on our test drive in less than 15 minutes (and were told numerous times to relax, take our time and enjoy the ride). Zach thoroughly explained all costs involved in the sale and my financing options. Throughout the entire process I felt very informed and never pressured. Incredible experience. When I came to them I also had two other options from other dealers.the seller looked at them and advised me against buying one, explaining why, and to buy the third one which was better than the one he was selling.but I liked his one for the setup, so I negotiated with him and got an excellent price.after buying it when I went to get the car he also gave me a child seat.then I discovered the car had two defects: the air conditioning and also the mirrors, I had bought the ASIS car but I told them this and they told me not to worry.and they sent me to a mechanic and he ordered new parts Almost 2000 USD worth of parts and they replaced them for free.incredible customer service.now the car is perfect.beautiful and at a super price.

Update.
While I was waiting I spoke to the owner Zach about the problems I was having renovating the house.he sent me his team and I got the best price out of 4 estimates I had received.today they finished the job well done. I am speechless.
