They are very bad at being consistent. When everything is done the way it should be, they send you a photo of your package, and request a receipt of purchase for the same, and send it out on the next shipment.
When everything does not go the way it should (about 40% of the time) your package sits in their warehouse for weeks without any notice to you, and they sometimes won’t even respond to your emails about the package, or give you any updates. Sometimes they don’t ship it until you remind them that they have it. If you have extra time to follow up with them every week and make sure they haven’t forgotten about your packages, then this is a great option. If you don’t have that kind of time, you could be waiting months for your shipments to arrive.

I absolutely LOVE the service. I've been shipping with them for at least 7 years and I also work with a company that ships with them as well. Their rates are EXCELLENT! Best rates I've ever seen.

I ship in tiles, shutters, dry goods from walmart.etc.

Never been disappointed.

There are times were your cargo wont be ready at the time you'd want it to be because of customs having to clear it but that is procedures that are needed to keep things in check:)

Wouldn't ship via OCEAN anywhere else!

Honestly they were good in the beginning but they've been having too many slack ups and right now im just furious, I ordered a gift for my boyfriend it arrived TWO WEEKS ago. I have yet to receive my package and his birthday is in 3 days. I'm done with this shipping company

If you want to waste 2 hours of your time exporting 1 pallet, use this forwarder service. I guaranty that they will make you wait as they walk around and play on their forklifts.also this is way past covid and they are still working as if they are shorted staffed.if you are not gunna have the workers actually working why hire them in the first place.

We do all our shipping to St Martin thru Carib Conex and have never had any issues. Some of our shipments have been complex railing systems and arrived perfect. Great customer service. Very reasonable pricing.

Great service. Awesome company. I get all of my freight, big and small sent (to Sint Maarten) through CaribConex. Employees are helpful when/if I need anything or have questions. Best decision I've made since moving abroad. Keep up the good work guys.

Horrible.i was standing at the door for about 15-20 min and nobody even bother to say anything! And once a door opened i moved my truck to the door and the 1st words out of the guy in the forklift was.you have to wait outside.not a good morning not a pls nothing horrible experience.i ended up leaving and having the company reschedule the delivery with another driver

Horrible, horrible, horrible! Super disorganized warehouse. No one knows what they are doing, everyone seems to be walking around pretending to work. I came to drop off 4 pallets and I was told my truck was in the way because they had 2 cars of their own holding up the ramp space. When I asked them why they dont move the cars instead? They responded that I needed to address it with the owner. Ive been here for over an hour to turn in 4 pallets and still no one has asked me if I have been helped. Please look at the picture and where I was parked and tell me if you think I was parked incorrectly? Going to tell customer to switch Freight Fowarders as soon as possible. This is the WORST freight service in all of Miami. Ive been sitting writing this and no one has yet to ask me anything. They are simply zooming by me at high speeds.

I am a frequently driver that made deliveries to this conpany and I have seen mamy times that their forklift operators are most of the time speeding inside the warehouse. Today I almost got hitted by ine of them. I believe that for all companies safety must be a priority, that should be the most important, and the way those forklift operators are driving inside there is very unsafe and dangerous not only for the drivers that are making deliveries there, if not for themselves. They could provoque a fatal accident. I hope the managers or owners check on this.
