I went to pick up my clothes last Sat but they were closed so I went Monday say he couldn't find the clothes went today they can't find them he is very unprofessional bad dusiness

The most UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT around. I dropped off 2 pair of pants for alterations. I called him at 7: 30am to find out if my order was ready for pickup. He states he don’t have time to talk to me that he will call me later. 3pm still no call. I decided to go to the establishment to pick up my things since it’s been a week now. Once I arrive, he claims he can’t find my garments anywhere. The amount of disrespect that came from that man’s mouth was unbelievable to me. He clearly forgot that I was a paying customer. He then tells me I can’t have my garments unless I have cash. The customer before me paid with a credit card. It’s amazing to see an old man behave in such a degrading manner. I left for cash and came back and now he wants my signature……FOR WHAT? I gave him the cash and he still didn’t want to give me my things. I told him that I would call the police and only then did he provide me with my change and my items. I cannot express enough the dissatisfaction I endured. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

I took my husbands shirts to be dry cleaned here, and it was a HUGE MISTAKE. The service was extremely poor and the owners are very disrespectful. They are overpriced and have no idea what they are doing. They completely ruined my husband‘s silk shirts and they refuse to refund any money. Do not waste your time at this dry cleaners.

I road by this cleaner and was not going to stop. I stopped and despite the place looks run down and dirty, I gave them a chance.
The result was 4 out of 7 of my peace’s of clothing being multiple scorched and stains I did not have before they cleaned them. My jogging pants look like I should put them in the garbage.
Please just follow your first mind the first time about choices that don’t look or feel right.
I am very disappointed in this business for my cloths and my experience just opening those doors.
This is not the quality of South Florida

I was asked to let them attempt to fix my clothings, but do to the fact I was not told my cloths looked like this and upkeep reasons, I should not have and I do not trust them to do any better.
