We had 9 pallets of items shipped to Jamaica. Like Tv and other items, and I must say no lie trust me. Everything were secure nothing Dent or damage I was so impressed when I received all my items from wharf in Kingston Jamaica So happy. Gail I wanna tell you thanks! Both you and your sister you guys were very professional. Caribbean Sea wave I give you guys a five star ️. I use CSW for all of my cargo to multiple destinations. Great customer service, fast shipping and careful handling and packaging of my fragile items. Their prices are very competitive with other shipping companies as well. Definitely recommend. I won't ship with anyone else!

Gail and Alta seem very nice.until you expect your property to all arrive and in good condition! They recommended I decrease container size saying it would all fit, work best and save money. I wound up with 4 extra pallets in addition to a 20 foot container. Shipping was over 16K. I shipped medical office and household goods. We had a few items mysteriously disappear! The most notable was a 300lb Big Green Egg Grill! I personally watched it load on a moving truck and a forklift load 2 tons of granite right behind it! The grill could not come off that truck until a forklift removed the granite! It is Gone! You must be kidding me! Several items were damaged that were outside the container on pallets. They told me they were not responsible because they were packed poorly! They packed them and charged me for it! I couldn't make this stuff up! Use absolutely anyone else! They don't ship anything! You're simply paying a middle man! I asked initially, if they were shipping with Tropical or King Ocean. They told me they were shipping it. It was King Ocean! Shipping customers beware!
