This is an extremely incompetent staff and office.
It is almost impossible to have someone answer the phone and to the simplest requests they just procrastinate for weeks.
The Doctor Carla Quispez is a ghost, she is never there and the Office Assistant named Elizabeth is just helpless. They represent all you don't want to experience at a doctor’s appointment.
