4Dr. Alemany was very kind and excellent and Amy Bickar was very sweet, genuine and friendly. I was delighted with the treatment of both. I felt good and safe. Although the process of coordinating the appointment was a bit tedious, it was worth it.
The worst attention from your staff, it was impossible for me to get an answer from your team, I found another doctor with human quality
Terrible service. It's all a protocol to make an appointment. When you call, someone who does not make the appointments answers you, they are only an intermediary (they only collect information). They send your information to an appointment coordinator and you may receive a call from 24 to 72 hours. If Milani or Milalli answers when you call, just hang up or have them transfer you, because the lady takes it personally and won't help you. And you absolutely need a referral with the Doctor's name, even if your health plan doesn't require a referral to see a specialist.
Dr. Alemany has been treating my daughter for years for Sickle Cell Disease & not only is her a great physician, his staff is so caring.
We are happy to have him as part our my daughters care.
