I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was. The staff was very nice as well. It took a lot of stress of me that it was so simple and straightforward.

Was out of town and my car was acting up. Took it to the CarMax in Bradenton and Sean was able to get it fixed. It's nice to know that even if you're out of town you can get the same great service at any CarMax.

After going through more car buying experiences at a dealership than I care to admit since moving to Florida full time in 2020, I decided to try CarMax out.
If your tired of the games that the dealerships play, try CarMax out!
I decided that I needed a new bike, one that was half the weight of my JoyRider at 78#.: : in order to do that I had to get a vehicle that would hold that bike and the myriad of stuff that I always bring with me like water and my Nutribullet blender.
The nice thing about CarMax is the way they only offer vehicles that have no frame damage, among other things. If a vehicle has been in an accident, it is noted about facts on the car and it is fully repaired before they offer it on sale in their inventory.
They have a 30 day or 1500 mile warranty. So after 28 days if I don't like the vehicle I can get my money back or trade it in for something else. How cool is that? A friend of mine did that. He bought a 2015 Tacoma with 97k miles but decided to get something different when he realized it didn't have cruise control. He bought a 2018 for a slightly higher price but the miles went down to 57k and the truck had only one owner. I'm always leary if a vehicle has had too many owners.
And last but not least they gave me at least $3,000 more on my trade-in than the Kelly Blue book value!
Hopefully, my new vehicle will outlast me, but if it doesn't I know where I will shop for its replacement.
All individuals I interacted online and in person were professional, kind and efficient. CarMax is number ONE in my opinion when purchasing your next replacement vehicle.

Hands down the smoothest experience ever with selling a car. Got a fair price online and headed down to nearest center a few hours later, got the check in 30 minutes, no hassle. We also realized we forgot something in the car the next day and staff was very accommodating and went and searched the car for us and found it.

First time car buyer at CarMax. We had a flawless transaction and I highly recommend CarMax. A few details: I really appreciate the straightforward and simple pricing model that CarMax offers.

We paid a small fee to have a car shipped from another location. It was a simple, efficient process and we were alerted when the car was ready at our local CarMax location.

When we inspected the car, I noticed that the jack was missing from the trunk. The CarMax salesman ordered one for us as part of the sale process (it came in a few days later and I picked it up from CarMax). The purchasing process was also really simple (I will probably use the word "simple" too much in this review - but it is the best descriptive word, that to me, describes the car buying process at CarMax).

We filled out the paperwork, paid for the car and were driving out in about 90 minutes. About a day later we noticed that the spare key fob did not work. I called up CarMax and they scheduled a company to come to our house and program a new key fob. Again, a very simple process - we had the new fob in about a week.

So overall a great experience with CarMax.

The entire experience of buying a car I saw on the CarMax site was easy, pleasant, exceeded expectations, and I left with the car of my dreams! No haggling, no upselling, just courtesy and efficiency.all as promised by a friend who bought all his family's cars from CarMax. I am happy!

I had to take my car to Ford dealership to Mathews currie ford CarMax in Bradenton Shawn said that he would pay 200 of my bill to the Ford dealership since my transmission was over filled and it was burnt I haven't had the car very long I got the car he agreed with ford dealership that Shawn would pay 200 if I go pay it tomorrow I'll be there in Bradenton to collect my 200 bucks from the manager of service department I have proof that yal we're going to pay part of my bill

My assistant was great! Definitely a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. My sales associate was new but I couldn't tell. The assistant next to her was very helpful as well.
Overall a great experience!

Purchased a 2020 Mercedes GLE and the Air went out after 3 days. I have called several times and have been put on hold 45 minutes before hanging up. I had to pay to have the Freon added so that I would not have to cancel a weekend trip. I have also NOT received the refund for a a car I had transferred from Jacksonville that had major issues. After buying the car, Carmax does not want to hear from you.
