Very helpfull.but vehicle without owners manual, had to buy, but said they will reimburse.told that trunk cover was not part of the vehicle, not what ford said

Horrible customer service. I purchased a vehicle at a different location (much further from where I live). Car Max has a 30 day return policy, at "any location", "without any questions" but this location chose not honor this policy or to do the work and take the car back. Very lazy staff.

Can't understand how they always price the cars I sell higher than what I expect. No one even comes close, very professional and their prices are great when it comes to selling a car to them. Inventory is a bit low, but given the circumstances in the world that's expected.

Very good experience. I was rushing to sell my car because I needed to leave the country. No need to buy another car.
I went to various dealers but required days for the transaction.
CARMAX did everything in 20 min. They gave me an offer that was the best received. No rush to decide (7days). Went back after 7 dsys and sold the car in 10 min.

I found the car I wanted to test drive, made the appointment, went out to the Carmax in Pompano Beach, FL. It was very easy. Just showed driver luc, ins. Signed for test drive. They brought it around, completely sanitized and ready to go. They keep the cars locked so nobody can get inside until you schedule a test drive. Keeps things sanitized. They are very organized and following CDC guidelines. I decided to purchase the truck I drove and the process has been pretty easy. So go see Henry Penuela if your looking to get into a new ride.

I love my car, but I hate taking my car there to get serviced. They always keep my car, and then it takes longer then they should on it. So I have a big family, and it is hard for them to get me the right vehicle to get all of us from point A to point B. I have to pay extra at enterprise to get a bigger vehicle. Its annoying

Rear wheels were not properly aligned, causing me to need new tires less than a year after purchasing the car. The salesman also tried to get me to finance the car with them (so I could pay them interest) even though I had the full funds in hand. Overall, I got the car I wanted, but I would not deal with this CarMax again.

Jake Ramirez who was my sales person was great. Also Pedro who also works there and is a Coast Guard veteran was a great help to me. Jake maybe leaving soon to serve his country as a member of the United States Navy and we wish him the best.

DONT SELL YOUR CAR TO THESE GUYS. TAKE IT TO WE PAY THE MAX THEY OFFERED ME 3500.00 MORE THEN THESE GUYS CARMAX WILL RIP YOU OFF. SALES GUYS ARE NICE HOWEVER THE OFFERS DEF SUCK!

I just purchased a car from Perry, at Carmax. He was very knowledgeable and made it nice and quick, even with a test drive. I have purchased numerous cars from dealerships, and this was by far the best experience. Ask for Perry!

Sales rep jc did great. Manager was great to get car detailed properly. Experience needs improvement on presale check of car. Active recall not handled fuel pump issue and known torgue converter problem. Not fixed. I brought to local chevy they had vehicle 3 days and fixed. Windshield still needs replacement due to seperation another known problem. Understood carnax not a premier dealership but basic maintenance should be done before placed for sale. Mike.

Bought my car from here. Identified defects. Fixed. Had something that recurred (AC) and was promptly resolve (Thank you Jason Tanner). I had not considered CarMax before but I will in the future!

CarMax is linked with Santander, a finance company that helps people with low credit. I got approved for an auto loan in a heartbeat! I bought a car that's pretty close to what I wanted for a VERY LOW down payment and will have lower monthly payments than I thought! So I highly recommend CarMax!

Wonderful experience. Friendly environment. My Sales consultant made me feel at home. The whole process of purchasing a car was easy and totally hassle-free. The paper work was done quick and professional.
On a down note, my car, two days later, was either stolen (No anti-theft device) or towed away. The case is in the hands of a detective and my Claim Adjuster. What a sweet-n'sour experience whose ripple effect left me and my family dumb-founded.

Salesperson was helpful and the buying experience was relatively painless. Every person was nice helpful and as accommodating as they could be. I got a decent car. It was cleaned very well for me also. I'd recommend.
