I basically did the work for her yet she still failed big time now I'm 10,000 down and she won't return my calls or emails

I was ordered 20 years of $1500 in alimony payment, 3 years $351 in child support and $11,000 of wife’s attorney fees and only had 28% shared custody by the General Majesty. I was doomed. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. I was only able to see Carmen ONCE, I was never told she was not gonna be the one representing me until they got my retainer money.she assigned another attorney for my case who in my opinion didn't do a good job.
