Definitely will bring the whole Drone Training School team to celebrate our 6 anniversary, the employees are very friendly and helpful, makes the trip fun, the whole ship is very well maintained the food is on point, every day is different types of food and different activities, amazing theater show, the kids have different places to have fun too!

Will steal your money and blame you. Originally booked before covid on the "just $200 down special", eventually got re-booked to Nov. Nothing was ever said about an additional deposit. Now they say they cancelled my booking because a $100 deposit wasn't made. Wonder if it has anything to do with I booked for $1400 and now they want over $2000 for the room now, that's what they told me I would have to pay to "re-initialize" the booking. Also said I get no money back because of "penalties". After 4 cruises, i was looking forward to getting back into them, just cant bring myself to do business with dishonest people. In my opinion.

Id give a negative review if I could.
Changed our Western Caribbean cruise to an Eastern one 24 hours after leaving port and lied to us about it. Would not allow us to invoke the ability to leave, fly home and refund.
This was an expensive once in a lifetime trip with a family member with health issues and while we could understand the change in plans, Carnivals refusal to honor thier policies and let us leave at the next port and fly home or even offer a discount on a future cruise, along with the ruining of the trip, poor cruising conditions due to the changes.means we will never cruise them again.

I called a month ago to switch rooms and had spent almost 100 dollars on dinner reservations. I noticed today that my dinner reservation had been altered without my approval and my name was taken off the reservation. When i called the representative was rude and said that a refund was issued when i looked through my statements no refund was ever made. When i asked for them to just rectify it by putting my name back on they told me i was on my own and i was getting no credits or anything. Ive had the worst experience with carnival ever and i dont even sail until February. Ill never sail with this company agaib

Everything went well, the crew members behaved very professionally. But I'm a little disappointed because they made transactions on my credit card that I didn't make on the cruise ship. I have traveled on many other previous cruises and this has never happened to me before. Without a doubt, I will not travel again on another carnival cruise. There are many other companies that offer better service and experiences. I try to call customer service, they I have me waiting on the line for 3: 45: 26 and I didn’t got an answer.

Never have I had such a bad experience with a cruise line and I’ve been sailing on carnival cruises for 20+ years. If I could give a 0 star review I would. On the weekend of 2-11-22 me and my family were embarking on carnival conquest for a 3 day trip when we arrive to the dock we are told my father wasn’t fully vaccinated because the day he gets vaccinated didn’t play a role into the 14 days fully vaccinated without counting boarding day. No where in there policy did it state the day you get vaccinated doesn’t count on your 14 days. Makes no sense if I get vaccinated on a certain day I got vaccinated that day not the day after. We were mistreated on the dock and told my father couldn’t board and my mother and me weren’t going to board without him as it was their 30 year anniversary and Valentine’s Day weekend. We then go to carnival headquarters were we are told we need to come with an appointment so then and I ask the guard at the front to speak to a leader or a manager and he’s tells me it’s with appointment which makes no sense. I then call carnival after being on the phone for 1 phone hour they hung up on me.

I used to love Carnival cruises. My experience has changed! Beware of their bait and switch when it comes to onboard credits. Also, if you call to clarify something, forget reaching a human; it won't happen. However they will take your money very quickly. I tried to get some resolution to my complaints and just got the runaround without any real answers, and on top of that, they destroyed my luggage. Very sad, I used to recommend Carnival, I won't be doing that anymore.

We planned our cruise to Hawaii through carnival back in November 2020 we went through the process of vaccination for COVID-19 for this cruise otherwise we wouldn’t have had the vaccine our cruise was canceled in less than two weeks before we were set to sale so we both had taken off of work and made arrangements once we got the cancellation email we discussed it and decided to plan another carnival cruise to the Caribbean and go to four ports Aruba Bonaire Amber Cove La Romania, we went to 2 ports & were told the ship had propulsion issues & that’s it we paid for 4 got 2. Carnival did not care the staff was rude guest service was pathetic everyone on the ship was charged & mad. Being on board we followed all Covid-19 protocols the same as we have done since 2019 & we now have Covid-19 after returning from the cruise. I have reach out to carnival but have gotten nowhere. If you want a vacation do anything else but do not give these crooks your money or trust them with your health & well being

I am currently on the carnival horizon and it's a nightmare. The suite is horrible with broken drapes, broken spring on the bathroom door that I told the room attendant and no one came to fix it.they don't mop the wooden floor in the foyer and the closet fills with dust, there's no outlet by the bed or nightstands. The food is horrible and now I know that the casino is at your own risk but when you are invited by the players club at least there should be some perks, but nope it is only an atm that keeps on taking without ever giving back anything. I celebrated my birthday in august and I was not given any gifts nor did they give me any shoutouts, however last night this gentleman had a birthday and they made a great gesture for him by giving him a shoutout and presenting him with digital pictures and other gifts, wow favoritism or is its prejudices. I have more than 6700 points and the only thing I was offered when I got 1500 points was a dinner that I can pay for without them giving it to us.but I noticed a lot of people are winning jackpots with 690,2000,404, etc.points and I have again more than 4500 points. I do not recommend the carnival horizon at all it is a nightmare and even some of the staff are not as nice as the mardi gras.horrible experience and I am still on this dam ship for another 4 days dam dam. The worst experience in my cruising life, the habana bar always hot, no good music to dance to just horrible. Never again and I don’t recommend this cruise line.

My love to cruises started with Carnival. Our route was amazing, beautiful nature, I felt like I was in paradise. Clear water, sandy beaches, cute animals, sunny days. My friend Liza works on Carnival. I always heard different nice things about the company. Carnival definitely does a great work. In spite of I came alone (from Europe, Belarus), I never felt lonely. Americans were so friendly, Carnival stuff was friendly, good service. There are different activities on the cruise ship (theatre, performances, live music, excursions, casino, bars, disco, karaoke.bingo.white party, different shops etc).

First ever cruise and it was very nice. Onboard staff are friendly, helpful, and fun. Bonus points to our cabin steward (GeDe), the dancing waitstaff, and the entertainment staff. Balcony cabin could use some touch-up paint and cleaning but all-in-all very nice and worth the extra cost. Food is delicious and plentiful.love the Guy's Burger Shack and 24 hour pizzaria. Cruise Director (Joey) and the staff kept us informed and entertained. Bar staff kept us from getting thirsty! Both of our excursions were as advertised. Debarkation went quicker than expected. And the Vista is a beautiful boat.be sure to check out the Lobby feature.

Now for the negatives: $18 to buy a digital print? Are you serious? And what about offering a quantity discount? We'd have bought more but not at the $18 price point.especially for email downloads (same price as actual prints). And definitely did not appreciate the full court post massage press to buy stuff and "see their doctor.wait right here". Way to ruin what had been a relaxing experience. It's because of those two things I can't, with good conscious, give the 5th star. We'll definitely cruise again, and would certainly consider Carnival, but no spa visit next time.

09/03/21. My cruise canceled yesterday for October on the Sensation booking # L07WG4 and I need to move that Cruise. After speaking with My Carnival Vacation Planner I was informed that according to Carnival there was an accounting mistake and funds were applied twice to 2 different cruises. This Is absolutely WRONG. During the pandemic I believe I had about 9 cruises cancel and rebook and still counting. During this process I have carefully tracked the money move from cruise to cruise and having the totals at hand to match to the vacation planner when the cabin confirmations email came in. My Issues started with a previous Carnival Vacation Planner that was incompetent and mislabeled funds as payments instead of credits. According to my PVP and Carnival there was an over credit in the amount of 291.18 which is false. I realize it is in Carnival's best interest to clear the books of outstanding funds but not at the expense of its customers. I have been a loyal Carnival customer since my first cruise and now my thoughts of Carnivals loyalty towards is customers is changing. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy Carnival and its services and now I'm disheartened by the turn of events. I needed to vent this out as I have not determined what my next course of action will be.

I recently called here in April of 2021 and During The COVID-19 Global Pandemic. The primary reason for my call was to ensure that I understood some info I saw on their awesome website in orderto help myself get updated on information since I have not cruised with them in many years. The Customer Service Representative was Amazing, and he very patiently and with total respect answered my many questions, including one that is now on my Reasons That I Failed The Mensa online genius assessment examination at least 15 times I really appreciate all of the assistance this employee gave me and I am now even more prepared than ever as I wait with great anticipation and excitement the next time I cruise with Carnival Cruises ️? ️‍

Previous past cruiser of 8 times. So I can’t completely bash this company. Had many great experiences on many different boats. I just canceled my most recent booking that was booked for February 2021. We booked this cruise in February 2020 before the COVID-19 pandemic. I booked 2 rooms taking my family of 5 on their first cruise. When I called in to cancel I was informed that I can move my cruise out to another date without any penalty. With no end in sight of this pandemic I chose to not rebook. I was then informed that I will forfeit my deposit. There was no other options. I chose to forfeit it, however I will not be back for my ninth cruise. Disney and Royal Caribbean is now on my radar. $300 deposit will not change my life. However it sounds like it is big deal for Carnival.

First time on a cruise and will never do it again at least on Carnival. Laundry list of issues that nobody will do anything about or offer any sort of compensation. Great way to waste $4,000.
