Whoever answers the phone just transfers you to the automated system where you get transferred to and from until you can finally get to the right department.poor customer service.

Amazing I can’t praise them enough. We were very stressed to have to change from our previous home insurance provider which we have been in for years, and Jennifer Ortiz made the whole process, very reassuring and easy. Her customer service is exemplary. She gave us a great peace of mind, and kept on top of everything until we finally got everything worked out. It doesn't deserve a single star, I was in this insurance for 3 years, my account was blocked for 4 months and then they closed it without my authorization. When I opened a new one, the insurance increased me $100 more and they didn't recognize anything from my old account WHICH IS THEIR FAULT, I was calling trying to solve my problem and then they told me that they can't do anything! I am a content creator and no company has treated me as badly as this! I don't recommend it at all!
