Carolina Ale House - Boynton Beach

Let me tell you about the amazing waitress that took care of me today! She was attentive, dynamic and pleasant. My drink was always refilled. Napkins were on the table before we had to ask for them. She must be a mind reader because she knew what we wanted before we did! Go see Jeannie and be pampered and we'll cared for!

The beers on tap in the outside bar were terribly out of date and stale. Don't order the Sam Adams, Laguinitas, or the Hazy IPA. All of the kegs are warmer and over the regulated temperature that they should be stored at and lack any flavor or crisp that they should have. Service was minimal at best.

I would give the atmosphere 5 star for the exception of none of the outdoor fans working. Especially in this time of year you need some sort of air movement.

Using the old mop water to clean everything is an oversight to be corrected otherwise a pleasant experience.

Ok, went with a group of 6. Everyone's food was good.except mine. Had the salmon with rice and vegetables. I really was disappointed. Almost as if it had been on the warmer for someone else.and given to keep 30 mins later. Salmon was dry, rice was crunchy and veggies were.well grey. The picture is the real color. French Onion soup.very good. Cheese curds were fantastic. Kids burgers were gone in about three bites. Chicken and waffles were 4 stars, syrup is a bit on the spicy side. Good menu selection, just very disappointed with the salmon.

How often do you enter a restaurant and get led to your table? All the time! Right? Well go to Carolina Ale House and have Chuck escort you to your table. He has a great personality and makes sure your table meets your expectations! I had VIP seating.ty Chuck!

Like the barbecue wings here and chicken quesadilla as well as Philly cheese steak and baby pork ribs.of course with a Stella beer! Down thing is when you get sitting outside, the smokers and others shouting don't let you enjoy.

Love coming here during the day, came to see GM Kara and she wasn't in: (was told she's been sick and out for the past few weeks. She always made our stay so much more pleasant, not that her amazing staff don't do that for us already. Regardless of the fact, we still had an amazing stay and our food and drinks were excellent as always. Obviously we will be back again. Ale Yeah!

Several months ago I stopped by this restaurant after visiting Barnes n Noble. I got a house salad with grilled salmon to go and it was so fresh, plentiful, and delicious! I’ve been craving that salad ever since. So today, after stopping by B & N again with my mom & son, we were hungry and decided to have lunch at the Ale House together. Dominick greeted us right away & seated us in a clean, quiet part of the restaurant. He was very attentive and went back to the kitchen several times to make sure our substitutions could be made. We ended up ordering garlic Parmesan grilled chicken wings as an appetizer. They were really good, but I might not order them again for the price. My mom & I ordered lunch specials (plus one to go for my husband) and my son got chicken & waffles. I switched up my salad to a cajun chicken tortilla salad and it did not disappoint. Everyone enjoyed their meal & had leftovers to take home. This restaurant is so underrated! The menu is unique and food tastes homemade! The service was great! We can’t wait to come back!

Very nice, clean our server was nice and somewhat attentive. (No complaints). The chicken wings were delicious! My philly steak was very good. Hubby's hamburger was a little dry. But overall very good! I'd definitely give it another try!

I came here today for the first time, and I waited there for at least 20 minutes as the lone server working talked to the table in front of me. She ignored me, didn't speak to me, and didn't care when I challenged her. She was significantly more interested in the conversation she was having with the person at the table before me than I was. Despite the fact that she saw me enter and that I waved at her, she made no attempt to greet me. I'm not coming back again. Since I am an African American lady, I feel unfairly profiled. She presumably didn't anticipate me to enter or have the money to eat there because she didn't acknowledge me.

Stopped in for dinner last night with some friends.our server’s name was Jeff.helped us pick out all good things to eat.service was perfect.food was also perfect.great ribs the best French fries in town.don’t forget to try the donut balls.yummy

That was my first time at Carolina Ale House. We Celebrated Birthdays with some friends. Our server Tav was amazing and very attentive to our requests. The lunch specials are very reasonable. The Manager, Mr. Pawel was very nice. I will definitely be back.

Dominick was our server and ensured that tonites experience was perfect. We were the first to enjoy a wing promotion included with our drink order & it was a wonderful surprise! The frickles were fresh and the general manager Pawel was so very attentive & accommodating. A large thank you to all staff on board this evening. Bravo!

I feel Carolina Ale house do no get they credit they so deserve. Spacious, friendly, and a large menu with many yummy options along with a decent kids selection!

We had a drink at the mostly empty outside bar. Menu had good seafood items we just don't get in Raleigh. Weak beer list here. Good margaritas though.
No staff could answer why there's a CAROLINA Ale house there lol. We found it funny to see a bit of home here.
