Her retinol and brightening pads are the best i have ever had. I was using the ZO OBAGI line and i have to say her stuff is ten times better. I am in my 40s and she makes my skin look so healthy, and i have a glow now. The quality of her products are top notch. Also if you have any questions for her she will answer all your questions and help you pick the right products for your skin type. She actually cares about your skin health and not just taking your money. Thank you for reviving my skin

Moved from NJ to FL & needed a new place for my Brazilian waxes ASAP! Thankfully Groupon came through & I found this place. Now the groupon is a true deal, a regular Brazilian wax here is 65$, while on Groupon it’s 19$ for one. The wax they use is hard wax, which is much less painful than the soft wax. I love that you can book appointments online, no more waiting by the phone & being on hold even tho I’ve never experienced that here. I do not wait when I get there for my appointments as soon as I walk in, Catherine takes me in in less than 5 minutes. She takes her time & really does a fine job. The place is so clean and well maintained as well.

HORRIBLE! I would give this no stars and recommend everyone to stay AWAY from this place. I came here to get a Brazilian the day before my wedding. She left patches everywhere, she left bruises from waxing too hard and left wax that I had to peel my underwear off when i got home.
She was supposed to just "clean up" my eyebrows too. My eyebrows are pretty full and i just needed a clean look for stray hairs and uni-brow. She waxed and plucked off everything. All I had was 2 thin lines. She didn't even show me my brows when she was done. For my wedding day i had to use so much eyebrow product. I got married on a cruise and i couldn't even wet my face in the pool afterward because my eyebrows looked so bad. I hate this place and please don't go here.

This was my first professional facial ever, but I have to say, this was an amazing experience. Carolyn was great! I HIGHLY recommend this place. So much so.that I already scheduled another appointment for next month haha! Very excited to see my face continue to get better before my wedding next year. Thanks Carolyn!

Got a voucher as a gift and really like it! Catherine was quick and efficient on Brazilian wax. I’m not a beginner on this, it hurts I know, but it was surprisingly not as painful as usual.

I just had to share my wonderful experiences from visiting Orchid Spa to get facials with Carolyn! I've been going for a year now and have been every 4-6 weeks receiving her quality treatments. After assessing and listening closely to what I wanted to look differently, she devised a plan that I've seen amazing results with over the past year. I've had the three PRP facials which are truly transformative! The micro needling and oxygen facials plump up the skin beautifully. When I want just a soothing and restful facial, her masks are devine! The lavender-almond is
awesome!
I also had microblading with Carrie which transformed my eyebrows! She is a true perfectionist with color and shape. I am so pleased!

Loved my experience at Orchid Spa and Wellness. Brittany is amazing! She is very knowledgeable on everything skin related and works with you on what’s best for your specific skin type. I’ve seen her two times for facials and peels and each time I’ve felt so comfortable, relaxed, and left extremely satisfied with my results. I will definitely be seeing her regularly!

My name is K. Craig and Brittany Maro is excellent she does a great job on skin and manicure/pedicure. I have been going to her for several months. The receptionist Michelle is very friendly and knows who you are will help you check out early so you don’t mess up your nails! The spa is clean and calming. I love the heated neck pillow!
