Unfortunately, my experience with CDU was extremely disappointing. First of all, the amount of flooring was grossly overestimated. When I asked Gary to remeasure, he never came to my home, but just reduced the square footage. As a result, I am left with too much leftover flooring which I has to pay for. Secondly, the preparation for installation was never done in advance (matching borders for closets and den). As a result, time was wasted having someone take closet shelves and choices of borders for my den. Lastly, CDU took no responsibility to make sure that my floor was completed in a timely fashion. The installer had no help and had to do the entire job himself which doubled the installation time. If you hire an installer, it should be given to someone who has back up if his helpers walk off the job. Thank goodness, Sean worked by himself to complete the job, no thanks to CDU and though Sean did a great job, no one from CDU, including our salesman, Gary made any effort to contact me to see how the job was going - with only one person working from 8: 30 am to 7 pm for 4 days. Again, thanks Sean for persevering with no help from CDU.

Had a wonderful time working with Gary at Carpet Designs. His knowledge and experience was evident right away. Everyone who comes to my house comments on how amazing the floor looks. Thank You!
