I have had no issues with the staff (and I am demanding and impatient by nature) Its easy to speak to a live person (in the doctor world) by phone. Dr. Carr is a great MD.

Went in to get my vaccines up to date and nurse Jen was the sweetest and most professional nurse I’ve worked with. Thank you for making it such a positive experience, you rock!

Great dr however the front desk lady is atrocious. She is as rude as can be and unfortunately I tried to just ignore it but it’s gotten to the point I had to look for a different dr because I just couldn’t deal with the disrespect any longer. Sad that DR. Carr has to lose patients do to his terrible staff at the front desk.

I didn’t really want to believe all the negative reviews, the staff member on the phone was very helpful with making my appointment, but I drove around trying to find the office for 10 minutes and even had someone on the phone from the office trying to tell me where exactly it was, but because my appointment time eventually came and went-even while on the phone with them- they refused to see me, ever! Very very frustrating!

I went to this office twice. This first time, I printed out and brought with me every form of information that would be required to make sure they have my insurance information correct. They didn't believe me. When I saw Dr. Jeffrey Carr, I told him I was having back issues and he tells me to exercise it. He did not give me a physical examination mind you to even see where the pain was. The second time I went back to the office, I was billed the incorrect amount and made to pay upfront, the staff did not ask me the right information and did not record my information correctly, and the doctor wrote me about 3 different referrals to see specialists. I'm not sure why this wasn't done on the first visit. I called my insurance company and they said they have to resend my information, again, to this office to issue me a refund. It has been 2 months and now I have to wait about 3 more weeks because they didn't correct it the first time. I'm in the same pain and having the same health issues I've had before I visited this office, so this place was a complete waste of time and money.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE! Don’t know anything about the doctor but had an 8: 15 appointment and their clock said 8: 16 and they CANCELLED my appointment. (You can’t make this stuff up) FYI my clock had me on time and THEIR wall clock had me early! The rude and calloused response from the receptionist SHOULD appall the doctors. And if it doesn’t, I wouldn’t want my health in their hands. They lost a fist time patient over 60 seconds. Their 2.6 rating is VERY generous. Unfortunately I had to give them an overrated 1. NOTE: If you are in the people business then make it your business to treat people with grace and respect.

In December 2018 Dr. Jeffery Carr changed my blood pressure medication at my request. At that time an appointment was scheduled for 1/8/19 specifically for a BLOOD PRESSURE CHECK.
On January 8, about 2 hours before my appointment I received a call that my sister has just died. I called his office, explained the situation, and that I did not feel that a BP check would have any validity at that time.
I was told there was usually a charge for canceled appointments but that it would probably be waived.
A few days later a very apologetic young woman called to let me know that after speaking with Dr. Carr it was Dr. Carr's decision to keep the charge in place.
While I have never had any issues with his staff, I will not return to Dr. Jeffrey Carr nor would I recommend Physicians Associates.

I found the office staff to be very nice, and professional. Dr. Carr is excellent and attentive.

I have always found both Dr. Jeffrey Carr and Dr. Deanna Carr to be competent professionals who answer my questions and make certain all of my concerns are addressed. I have found the front desk staff to be responsive in person, but have experienced excessive hold times when making calls.

I had been a patient for several years, both my husband and I were patients. I called one day to see the doctor because I was sick. The person I spoke with on the phone said he was booked and I could schedule something for two weeks out. I was sick right then! I needed to see my primary doctor for antibiotics. She assured me that two weeks was the best she could do. It's like they don't use any logic. Would they accept that if they were sick and calling their doctor? I went to an Urgent Care and immediately started looking for a new primary care doctor for my family. This wasn't the first bad experience with this office, it was just the last straw.

The front desk staff member is the worst. I was humiliated and turned away for being SEVEN minutes late. I got lost.fist time there. I was told be there 15 mins early.but my appointment was for 10 am. I got there 10: 07 am.took off work, had blood work already in there office and scheduled this appointment two months in advance. I was already a Physician Associates patient, so no paper work had to be done, and i was still turned away. VERY bad customer service.

I recently started going to Dr. Carr and he is very polite and concerned for me to stay healthy! I see people complaining but there is always another side to the issues and you only see what is posted. Most people expect to be waited on hand and foot, get a life! Loose weight, exerciser and eat in moderation. One lady complained, "Dr. Carr makes $700 an hour", ok he pays his staff he pays an exorbitant amount on insurance, equipment, rent, and so on. Ok how about sports professionals I know one football quarterback just signed a $125 million contract. Dr. Carr is a Professional and he takes his practice very seriously. As Clint Eastwood once said in a movie, NAG, NAG, NAG!

The office staff is absolutely horrible! Rude, and unwilling to help or assist. First it takes 8-10 minutes to talk to a live person for help. Secondly trying to reschedule my appointment for tomorrow because schools are being cancelled and trying to prepare for a category 5 hurricane coming in days and I am quoted the $25 cancellation fee, and that "it is policy". I will be finding a new doctor because of this staff. They are just rude, rude, rude and totally unhelpful. Dr. Carr, if you are smart, I suggest you find new help who is supposed to be a representation of you and your practice.

I am a new patient with Dr. Carr. I moved to FL in 2010 and felt it time to connect with a personal physician down here. A friend referred Dr. Carr and I really appreciate it. I am now 63 years old and have never had a doctor explain things on my level and in a personable way. I don't feel like he is rushing to move on to a next patient and takes adequate time to explain things. Happy to have made Dr. Carr my personal physician.

I called and told them I will be just a little late. They said they did not care my appointment is canceled and I can not see him at all. I go there and beg and pleaded with them. They try to send me to this other place to get me. Baker acted. I was extremely pissed off. Yes I deal with depression and Anxiety. This place gives one dam about you.
