Carr Workplaces Las Olas - Coworking & Office Space, Fort Lauderdale FL

I am absolutely impressed. I purchased a day pass and I wasn't sure what to expect. The receptionist was so nice giving me directions to garage and how to access the workspace.

They have public wifi and private internet if you have meetings. While that didn't work for me, she did offer me an ethernet cable. I didn't need it as my mobile hot spot worked and i brought my phone charger.
The restrooms stocked with little necessities, the cafe area had tea and coffee, and overall, was such a nice experience!
I will definitely book again!

Good meeting space, however the room didn’t have an hdmi cord even though it was arranged ahead of time. I’m sure it was an oversight, I’d try them again because of location

I have used Carr as a virtual office for about a year. First off, from my experience, you cannot get a Google My Business directory listing at this location with just a virtual office. I ultimately cancelled my virtual office to move to a brick and mortar office elsewhere. Upon cancelling, I learned that Carr will lock you in to a virtual office for nearly 60-days after cancellation. I could understand this policy if I were leasing a brick and mortar space, but not with a virtual office. There are plenty of options for office space (both virtual and real). I would go elsewhere.

My firm has been at Carr for 12 years. The space, staff, and location are amazing. It is exactly what I need for a firm my size, and it provides the opportunity to collaborate with others as well. Highly recommend!

Micki and her team and wonderful. They make the experience seamless and they go out of their way to accommodate requests. The office space is clean, well appointed and safe. Cookie Wednesday is the highlight of the week. When I am in need of office space, Micki is the only person I call.

I’ve worked in a few office buildings downtown, and this one is definitely the best. The location is incredible, everything is clean and modern, and the staff is top notch. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly kind and helpful. Plus, they make fresh cookies once a week! What more could you want? ! Highly recommend renting a space!

The Team at Carr Workplaces is wonderful. Both Daina and Aisha are fantastic and create a warm and inviting environment. The space is always beautiful and organized. Thrilled to work in such a beautiful space.

This is a great place to work from! The facilities are great, you have everything you need, and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. They also have an amazing conference room with ocean views- will 100% help you close that deal!

Overall, it was an ok place to work for the day. The main thing I didn't appreciate was that I was basically given a public wifi to connect to. It was spotty and didn't work well at all. I finally got fed up and went to the front desk, and they let me know they could give me the private network and password. That service was excellent! If I'm there paying for the day, why wasn't that given in the first place?

The Carr Offices were great. Stefon the manager and Ivory the Community Specialist are warm and friendly. The offices are clean, crisp, and appealing. The atmosphere is professional and positive. Loved my day pass! I look forward to working at the Georgetown location more often. Thank you!
