Carrabba's Italian Grill, St. Petersburg FL

Our service was wonderful. Louanna was so attentive and wonderful. Never had an empty drink. Our food was cooked perfectly. No complaints about the actual service. The only bad thing I will say is the male bartender who was working during lunch was very loud, didn’t wear his mask properly while ALL other employees (cooks included) were wearing theirs. I understand it’s a “personal choice” but if he doesn’t want to wear one properly, then he should go work for a non-corporate place. We decided to go to carrabbas at the time of day we did because we knew it would be empty, and with children I want to lower the risk of being sick while still getting socialization. His conversation carried throughout the whole restaurant because he was yelling. Louanna and the food were excellent but he definitely ruined our experience. We will make sure to check to see if he’s working before dining.

Food was great. Lemonade on point and so was the soft bread. Our server was overly nice, like a buddy. He made modifications to our dishes to make us happy. Smiled and laughed with us.

The service was prompt and courteous. The food was predictably delicious and fresh. The consistency can always be counted on.

Our server name was Matthew he was absolutely great. Very friendly it was our first time eating at carrabba. He gave great advice on what was good to eat and drink. He was on top of everything drink refills and clearing table of dirty dishes. Can't wait to return again. The food and service was excellent.

10/13/21. Update on my original review-
I am pleased to know they are willing to right the wrong. I received a phone call from the manager Carrie (sorry if I misspelled the name) she apologized for what happened that Friday night and also offered me a gift card for the next time I decide to place an order. Well I ordered the exact same thing as before and it was a perfect experience! The young lady who did my curbside service was wonderful and very friendly. My food was delicious, my children loved the chicken tenders and fries, and my steak was cooked just right. I also love how they put reminder stickers on the bag to not forget the drinks! Very organized and on point with everything.
I will definitely be back and I'm changing my rating from a 1 star.

We had a great dinner here! The food was excellent and full of flavor and we enjoyed the bread with dipping sauces appetizer. Both of the soups were hearty and had some zing. Our server DJ was friendly, attentive, and efficient. The prices were reasonable especially considering the large portion sizes and the current supply chain issues. We will definitely be back!

Carrabas used to be better than it has been in the last year or so. The quality of the food has gone down. Not sure if it's because of the lack of product they receive or what, but just not as good nor consistent as it used to be.

Nice Italian concept. We order as a appetizer calamari and fried zucchini was tasty after we order as a main dish 2 pasta they like it and I order red meat Tuscan grilled sirloin. Meat has no taste nothing. I don’t know maybe meat was frozen or somewhat I cannot recommend the meat. Servers were friendly and prices are reasonable.

On Saturday 10/23/2021 we visited and toured Sunken Gardens, for our Fall CFPACS (Central Florida Palm & Cycad Society) Meeting! Six of us decided to dine at Carrabba's for lunch, which is conveniently located next door to Sunken Gardens! I ordered a bowl of Mama Mandola's Sicilian Chicken Soup. The soup was absolutely delicious, one of the best tasting soups I have ever had! The Classic Bread with Olive Oil and Herbs Dip, like always was outstanding. All other Five friends that were dining with me, were also very satisfied with their lunch items! Darryl (DJ) our waiter was welcoming, friendly and continuously checked on us, ensuring we were all content with our food and beverages. Great service. Highly Recommend. I will return in the future.

Dinner was great, our server was great. You can tell they are training alot of new people, so just remember be patient and kind.

I ordered the salmon saporito which was delicious! The food was reasonably priced and our server was very friendly and efficient.

I am not one to give a bad review to a restaurant, but this has now happened 5 times and nothing ever changes. Multiple times I have called (on different occasions) to ask for extra sauce or extra bread. I can remember 1 time where your restaurant actually got it right. I always explain the situation and get the “Yes, we will definitely not forget this time. ” Then once again forgotten. For the amount of money is charged for the food, I would expect more attention to detail. I’m not sure I’ll be back to your restaurant.

I have ordered for years for home cooked meals.lately with DOOR DASH my food never arrives is cold IF it does. DOORDASH does not service your reputation well.not feeling great tonight forgot to ask if you were delivering OR DOORDASH.i can count on DOORDASH not delivering or delivering SO late my food is tossed.tonight.a text it was delivered a phone call that it was cancelled LOL

Forgot one of my entrees but delivered the other entree free of charge and the food was outstanding love this place and will always come back keep up the good work carrabbas

Unfortunately we cannot say this was the best trip we've had to Carrabba's. The bartender was inattentive, not asking if we wanted refills or anything and kept disappearing with a large black bag that initially made us think her shift was over and she was leaving. The chicken soup was terribly salty and the croutons were soggy. We usually enjoy carrabba's and will hope the next one is better.
