Carrabba's Italian Grill, Winter Springs FL

BEWARE! Staff mistreats delivery drivers. I even picked up an order from here where the order was sitting around for 2 hours and they refused to remake it.

Edit: I have to drop the stars down to 2. Frankly, this place has gone down hill bad. The last few times I've eaten there, there are flies all over. At first I thought it was just the spot we were seated but when we sat at the opposite end of the restaurant and still saw flies all over the place, we just left and decided that this is no longer a place we like to eat. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the employees are wonderful despite having to work in such gross conditions.

I'm fond of this place for those nights that I don't feel like cooking. Their food is always good and the customer service is really great. On my most recent visit I had a preference issue with something I ordered. I hadn't realized a certian spice would be added so I politely asked if a replacement was possible without the spice. They obliged and were very kind and understanding about it. There was also a large party that showed up and I made a joke that we need to eat and hurry to avoid them. They offered to move us if we were unhappy being so close to them! It was very sweet of them to offer but I explained that it was just a bit of humor. Overall, the night was a success and I was very happy with it. The food is always great and they even have a club thing where your 4th meal is half off! This is a local favorite if mine despite being a chain resturant.

We had our annual Christmas party here and we’re treated extremely well. The food each time I’ve gone to Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Oviedo has been very good and the service attentive and professional. They are very accommodation as far as working with you to host a group, large or small. It had the Tuscan grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and it was outstanding.

I went with a friend because the restaurant we wanted to go to was closed unexpectedly for a break. So happy to have a great lunch at Carrabba's. Price was good and the food was delicious. Very friendly waiter. Fantastic garlic herb oil to dip the bread in. Very good shrimp scampi.

Love this place. This was my first time coming here and I will most definitely return! Not only is the food delicious, the menu recommends what wine pairs well with your dinner! I don't drink but I had to get a little glass! Muy Delicioso! To top it off, the staff are extremely friendly and informative, concidering the fact I know absolutely NOTHING about wine! My boyfriend scored some major points taking me here!

I would love to thank my bartender Maddie. Today she made me feel like I was family. I haven't been many places since the pandemic and I forgot about the amazing happy hour at carrabba's. My mom is handicapped and didn't think she could come for happy hour so I thought I would get some things to go. Maddie was so helpful with the menu. And she helped pack up all my TOGOs. She knew the food and wine menu so well! Everything was really delicious. I can't believe the amazing portions of shrimp scampi and BURRATA! Most impressive was how kind and friendly Maddie was. She is a GEM! She invited us back and told us we can sit at a lower table in the side room so my mom can come and enjoy her fave Happy hour at carrabba's. We can't wait to come back. Thank you Maddie for reminding me what it is like to come and have an amazing experience at a restaurant.

Very crowded but wait time was shorter than expected and service was good and food was delicious recommend the Chocolate Dream for dessert

I ordered car side to go. Meal was missing 2 items which they begrudgingly filled only after I asked to get what I paid for. When I complained a manager sent me a $20 voucher to use on my next visit. I haven't used it yet.

Went in for lunch. The staff always super friendly, attentive and fast services. The lunch trio always the best for small bites. There were delicious and filling. Can't wait to go back to any Carrabbas anywhere.

I ordered catering from EZ Cater for my daughter's birthday. Carrabba's came through! The food was hot, delicious and came exactly on time. The quantity was plentiful and fed more than they promised. I am looking forward to using Carrabba's catering for my future events. It was the most relaxing experience. The only thing they can improve is their plate size. We got saucers for plates. Good thing I planned ahead and had large plates otherwise, those tiny saucers they provided would have been a disaster for sure.

We were here at 5pm on a Saturday. Dinner for 3. Our waitress Alex was the most polite and friendly young lady ever.
She was very attentive and checked on us often.

Christmas Eve, they were extremely busy, service was excellent, food was fantastic. Who ever was running things knows what they are doing!

Group of 10 of us went to Carrabba's they seated us. Server was excellent. Tough with pandemic as not enough workers but we got food quickly and it was excellent.

Great food got the Johnny trio. Great service at the bar and Mgr.checked on us and we had a great meal. Have not been to Carrabas in 20 years but have already had it again this week!

Dinner was fantastic. The food was incredibly fresh. Our server, Cody, provided the best service we have had in years. The place was clean as could be. We will be back soon!

This location in Oviedo was clean, and well kept. Our server was outstanding and could not have more nicer even though she was as very busy.

Faith was our server and she was wonderful! Kudos to the manager as my husband had an issue with his food. The manager immediately came over to apologize and gave him how long it would take to cook a replacement. Communication and expectation was top notch. Food was great too! Especially the grilled seafood over pasta

We stopped in for a quick lunch with friends/relatives today and had a great meal and outstanding service. If you have a chance stop in and ask for Nick a wonderful young man who provided terrific service. Tell him his old buddy from Kansas sent you. You won’t be disappointed. Have a great day.
