Carrabba's Italian Grill, Cape Coral FL

Doesn't look like what was on the menu and portion size is real small.looks like they took 1 chicken breast and cut it into 3 parts and then put the sauce on top.stuffed mushrooms were about the size of a quarter.sauce has not taste and noodles are way over cooked.

My Shrimp and Scallop linguine was bland and tasteless. Scallops tasted a little fishy and were rubbery. My wife hade Chicken Marsala and she also was not a fan of it. Service was very good, but we probably will not go back there anytime soon.

Zack is very friendly. He knows how to be helpful and is a great waiter. My pork chops marsala was cooked perfectly. This location keeps the very high standards of the brand.

I wish Carrabba’s would not nickel and dime you when you order your food. I understand sides should have an upcharge, but why three different categories?

I had the great pleasure of visiting this store yesterday with my wife and had a very pleasant experience. I was assisted by a gentlemen named Noah who was nothing short but awesome of a server. Not one did I have to ask for a refill or napkins. Noah was ontop of his game and knew what was going on with his tables at all times. I was done eating and my wife was full so we sat there for sometime as we digested our food and relaxed and Noah showed up with a to go box all on his own without us even having to ask. His awareness for his guests needs was top notch. Its the small things that count like not forgetting a straw or extra napkins and even appetizer plates. So many places get this wrong or forget to even give you utensils. Not once here did I have to ask for anything that I thought was essential thanks to Noah being so great at his job. The hosts greeted me with a smile and stopped their personal conversations immediately when we walked in to focus their attention on us. I also enjoyed hearing the cooks communicate and seeing all the hard work that goes into making us a delicious meal. Noah I thank you for making my experience great and I will visit this store again soon. The food was awesome. Pasta cooked to perfect texture aldente and my chicken henry juicy and saucy. Even the Courtesy free bread was great. I cant believe I ever ate at Olive Garden after visiting this store which is just a few blocks from my home. Thank you Noah you made me a believer in the Carrabbas experience. Only complaint is the ceiling tiles need a little work. As a business owner myself I dont think many Other owners realize the importance of a clean looking ceiling especially with a restaurant. Ceiling tiles being spotless is a must. Tell the owner not to be cheap with his franchise and get new tiles lol <3 Noah keep up the great work

I been noticed that the portions on the orders are getting smaller, maybe because it's take out? Don't know, but getting disappointed every time I ordered take out. Last night we ordered take out and they change the plates.
They placed the pasta in a little cup. I'll pay more for the plate order if they will served a nice portions, I thought this was a Italian restaurant.
Just very disappointed, this restaurant it's changing a lot but not for a good thing ️

I will not go back to Carrabba’s. The specialty drink that I got tasted like I was drinking straight blackberry syrup. I then got a beer which was warm. And now to the dinner. I ordered the filet which was excellent but ordered the sautéed spinach and truffle fries as sides and of course there was an up charge for both. The spinach was so bitter and the fries were so dry.
The manager came and offered a dessert on the house but we had been there for so long I just wanted to get out of there. This was how I wasted my anniversary dinner. The waitress sent home a piece of cake which my husband said was so dry. The service was so slow. Never again. Ugh.

Staff was friendly, service went well. Fortunately waitress was very patient with us and did an awesome job. Food was excellent.

We have had great service. Food has been a little less spectacular in production. Doesn't seem like they have much pride in what they produce.

We went for my husband’s birthday dinner. Being from NY we were looking for some good food and service and not expecting to be wowed…. Well… we got it all. First of all, our server, Brandon was absolutely amazing. We were a party of five including my son who has special needs. Not only was the food amazing, but the service was so above and beyond…. We had apps, dinner and a few glasses of wine and after their complimentary cake, which we had to take home because we were done…. We left extremely happy. Thanks to all who made us happy and well fed

Wait not too bad, service acceptable. Food was well presented, however bread is not crusty and olive oil, salad and food in general too salty. Can't taste any other flavor easily. Our Mahi was a bit dry but more flavorful than the other dish with shrimp and scallops.
The environment was acceptable although somewhat loud at times.
All in all not a fan.

Listen its carrabbas. But this one is really great. The cooks are on temp consistently and the wait staff is super friendly and attentive. Managment cares and it shows.

Hello future customers
I had ordered lunch yesterday from this place located on Pine island and was so disappointed. The price I paid was 34.00 and the item wa Veal Marsala.
The food was cold and not tasty at all the mashroom I got only a few peices and I addressed the issue with manager Charlie but he didn’t care about my complaints at all which I couldn’t believe it. Totally unprofessional and rude so don’t go there you will be better off going to McDonald’s instead of paying that much for garbage.

Stopped in for lunch today. It was a nice lunch with lunch specials. We have not been there for a while and was in the neighborhood. After lunch we got the bill and I about had a heart attack. The food bill was OK but drinks were outrageous. We had a total of three (3) draft Blue Moon beers. We were charged $18.00 for 3 Beers! $6 apiece! Plus, the glasses seemed smaller than normal beer glasses, but the glass size could have been deceiving. Couldn't believe it! We have lunch at Sidelines quite often they charge $2 for a Shock Top beer, which is in the same category as Blue Moon beer! These are draft beers! Even though the food was good, this kind of beer pricing will prevent us from returning. Hopefully, Carrabba's will rectify this so can return as we like the restaurant and atmosphere.

Relaxed service but masked. Long wait for food in room only one-third full. However, wait was worth it. Delicious and generous. Perhaps, staff and kitchen were short-handed or inexperienced. Enjoyed quiet atmosphere.

HORRIBLE WEAK MARSALA SAUCE NOTHING LIKE IT USED TO BE! HARDLY ANY ON IT AND NO FLAVOR! 1 STAR FOR BREAD AND BROCCOLI. NEVER AGAIN!
